I had a great experience at this drive thru on Saturday 2/21 at around 9 PM. Trent took my order and was extremely friendly and attentive! At the second window, I was met with the same warmth and great communication by the staff handling the food, and the food came out very fresh. These employees are a prime example of what a good experience here should be, and they absolutely made my night!

My husband and I had been at the hospital late at night for a visit with a family member and when we left we decided to grab some McDonalds and when we arrived inside we were immediately greeted by a young lady who was so nice and sweet even though they were short handed! While I went to the bathroom and my husband made our drinks to go…they already had our food ready to go! She handed me the bags and said very kindly…. don’t worry it is all in the bags! Now…mind you.. I don’t think my husband and I ever left a McDonald’s restaurants without checking our food to make sure it was all in their…I felt so comfortable with her that we didn’t check…when we got back home and settled in to eat…she was right All our food was there and hot and fresh…wish I paid more attention to her name but a very sweet lady! Idk just wanted to share with this one!

Very upset! Went through the drive through never got great the man who started the order very rude and unprofessional in the middle of the order we had to wait 7 mins for a different man to finish the order didn’t get anything that is supposed to come with the meal so I paid extra just for some old chicken nuggets and cold fries thanks for ruining the night for the kids and I how do I get part of my money back at least?

Had a party and pre-ordered almost 150 burgers! The McD’s team was so nice & organized, and when I arrived for pick-up (in the middle of their busiest lunch time, no less!), the burgers were hot, packed well, with bags labeled. The store itself was super clean, too. The manager Sean & his team definitely deserve 5 stars from their friends at Wagner Portrait Group! Thank you for a great party!

I went to this location on my break from work and ordered inside and they still got my order wrong. I ordered 10pc nuggets from the app and by time I got home there was no nuggets in my box it was cookies. They gave me dipping sauce and everything. I am upset that I didn’t get what I ordered. I tried several times to call the store to let them know they messed my order up and that I don’t have the time to come back today for them to fix it but no one answered the phone. Now I’m upset and hungry and a $1 short.

Awful Customer Service. Don’t waste your time.
The woman at the window handed me my drink, told me to have a good day and then shut the window and walked away, I still was waiting for my food so I sat there for a second but she made herself busy with other stuff. Keep in mind there are more cars behind me. After getting her attention, I said “I’m sorry but I also had food with my drink” to which she rolled her eyes, gave me a sigh, and handed me my food before shutting the window again. I checked my order and there was an item missing but I honestly didn’t want to go back so I just went home.
Not very adamant to return after this.

The idea behind fast food places is consistency, so you should have a similar experience wherever you visit. It was clean and the food was the same. Looks like they do a brisk drive-thru business. Only saw a couple people come inside whole I was there.
