I ordered from this place three separate times on Uber eats. All three times it was an important item missing from the bag. The first time I ordered a 20 piece, chicken nugget and they didn’t give me a single sauce to go with it even though I paid extra for them. The second time I ordered a big Mac meal and they forgot to include my large fry in the bag. And just now I ordered breakfast from them and pay for three combo breakfast meals and did not receive a single hash brown, and I paid extra for a single hash brown. If this is how you run your establishment, you don’t have to worry about receiving any more money from me. Get control of your employees if they’re gonna make simple minded mistakes.

Terrible experience!! Didn’t answer the drive thru, so I pulled around to the window to see her with the headset on playing and flirting with fellow coworker. Took forever to get good and it was cold. I could go on for days about the service but that would take days. Never going back to this location. And if you prefer good service and hot food I recommend you do the same. ✌

I arrived at Mc Donald’s about 2:45 pm my order was taken at about 3:05 pm seems like service was focused on drive thru I ordered 1/4 pound burger no cheese fish fillet no cheese and a basket of fries it took them about another 20 minutes to get my food to me. I didn’t check my bags just from waiting so long when I got home there was a fish fillet and a chicken sandwich look like it came off the discount menu. Frustrated but I wasn’t taking that 20 minute ride back just to receive some drama. This is why people are choosing to stay home and cook because these young and old adults can get simple orders correct!!!

I arrived at 11pm, there was one car in-front of me when I arrived. When I was up next to order it took 35 minutes for them to take my order while someone who arrived 30 minutes after me got their order taken first. After I ordered it took me another 30 minutes to get my food just for my McFlurry to be nearly fully melted, my fry’s and burger cold, and my nuggets stale, my drink was also watered down. You would think if i was sitting there for more than a hour my food would be fresh. The workers were also very unprofessional, when I looked in they were just standing around and talking making jokes to each other, like dude were trying to get home. Also the worker who was serving the food was petting the dog of the car in front of me and never left the window to go wash their hands so they handled my food after petting this dudes dog. I used to work at a mcdonald’s and this type of stuff should never happen and never happened at the store I worked at.

Terrible, gave me an iced coffee instead of iced latte.
Not only does the latte cost more, they could have at least let me know, or provide a different substitution. They also put whip cream on it, it doesn’t come with whip cream.

Slow service. No receipt paper so you can’t remember your order number by the time they call it out and then get confused why you didn’t come get it or they mumble the contents of the order then look at you wondering why you couldn’t hear them. Very slow to get food out.

Service was extremely slow. Multiple people wanted to simply walk out. No one seemed to want to even bother answering customer questions. Also,the floors were extremely dirty and wet. I was on crutches and could barely make it in and out of the building. It was an accident waiting to happen.

I don’t mind rounding up but at least ask me. I don’t like when they take my change. Regardless how much it is. I’ll ask the cashier. Where’s my change? She said that this million or billion dollar establishment didn’t have change. Incredible!

We’ve been waiting for 10 minutes at 10:20 in the drive thru along with other cars waiting for service. No one came to the intercom at all. Other cars pulled up to drive through window and no one responded. If this is a 24/7 McDonald’s why isn’t there any service at this time of day. Don’t make since at all. Workers just standing around.

At drive thru I gave the cashier my code, which was supposed to apply 15% off of my order, which was never taken off the order, cashier also rung my order wrong, I tried to have cashier correct it, he didn’t, I had to correct it at the 2nd window. There was missing food from my order after I asked worker was it all there stated “yes”!,I went in the store where they faulted me for “driving off” without my food with a horrible attitude, also gave me a incorrect sandwich this was corrected. The manager call herself fixing the issue by giving me “fresh fries” that were under cooked & inedible still half frozen, at this point I’m home had to throw the fries away. This was the worst experience I’ve ever experienced & will never spend another dollar at this restaurant location. When I asked the manager about the discount not being added she stated the app just sometimes doesn’t work and there was nothing she could do. They didn’t care about my poor experience and it showed! I was very detailed with my order & patient with the staff to still be given inedible food products & attitude.
