Absolutely filthy restaurant. All of the tables were coated with sticky soda, crumbs, and trash. The trash cans were overflowing. No napkins. Employee was outside acting a fool outside and smoking an E-Cigarette or maybe even something else. Waited for over 30 minutes for my food. They didn’t pack our sauces. So sick of McDonalds and their crappy service at various locations.

The customer service at this McDonald’s is horrible especially the General manager Jewels. I have witness how she talk to her crew members and managers and it is very disrespectful, rude, belittling and degrading you can tell she is use to her bosses sweeping it Under the rug and support her and cares about the workers she needs to run that store….She has no leadership skill at all and doesn’t know how to communicate with anyone… she uses passive aggression attitude towards her workers, she brings the morale of the building down and it should be unacceptable for any manager to use their power to bully anyone or use their power to put people in fear of losing their job because she want to abuse the power she has what kind of company keeps someone like that in a position where she is be a authoritarian bully… No should be suggested to work under that type of hostility…. You wonder why your turn over rates are high at that location maybe if y’all look at who’s running the store and stop covering for her y’all can keep good workers

Ordered on the app (like I have many times at the Oakville location) and sent my husband to pick it up through the drive through. I clicked that I was there on the app and gave him the code. When he went through the drive the greeter told him he was at the wrong store because there wasn’t an order in the system. I sent a screenshot to prove it was the right location and showed the order. The manager simply said “sorry you have to have the phone that ordered the meal here to pickup the order. We will refund your account in 15 minutes.” My husband then said “can you just make what I’m supposed to get in the order?” The manager said “no, you can reorder through the drive thru but we can’t help.” Not only did I not get a refund, when I called the other manager had no clue what I was talking about and never returned my call. I don’t even care about the money, I’m mostly annoyed that I order ahead all the time at the Oakville location and my husband picks up with no problems and the manager literally brushed it off and lied about a refund. 0/5 stars if I could.

The owner’s reply to my review includes a link that doesn’t work. Just like the phone number posted in the drive-thru window. Nobody calls back. I was told that someone would get back to me and nobody did. I have a valid complaint andu issue was not resolved.
This location messed up my order and refused to refund me.
I ordered on the app like I always do. Sat at the curbside spot for 35 minutes before I decided to go inside and check on status. They forgot my food on the front counter and said they would remake it. Waited another 15 min at curbside spot and then decided to go through drive through. After 54 minutes of waiting, I was given my food. I asked for a refund or replacement of the order on future date. They called the head supervisor and he/she denied my request. I’m not normally one to complain. But this is ridiculous.

I ordered an online order this evening from this location, pulled up to the drive-through the gentleman that was taking the drive-through orders was extremely rude. When I was ordering, I said something incorrectly and he said well. The next time you come here you say it like this.. I have never in all of my years had such shitty customer service. I will never return to this location. I asked another employee, the gentleman‘s name I was advised that it is Aaron. Maybe he should be moved to cooking food where he doesn’t have any interaction with the customers.

went yesterday around 7 pm. took 20 minutes in the drive-thru just to order. okay, whatever, maybe they’re understaffed. i get to the first window and see an employee sipping his drink he made himself and scrolling on his phone. mind you, i see maybe 5 other employees walking around there before i finally get my food. i ask why this whole process took 30+ minutes, and the employee said only 3 people are working. did my eyes deceive me…? i don’t think so. even not including the guy glued to his phone, there were definitely more than three.

Pretty much as bad as a McDonald’s can be. Sat at drive thru speaker for 5 mins no one talks. Then just when I was about to pull out, the guy says “it’s gonna be another 3-5 minutes before I can take your order”. No reason or even a simple apology.

Staff was friendly, efficient, & helpful with every interaction I had. My only concern from this visit, was the drink station. It was absolutely abhorrent & every bit of completely unsanitary & a huge health risk was apparently not a concern to staff. But definitely an issue the health dept NEEDS to be made aware of & address, if this is a regular occurrence here. There were literally flies covering EVERY possible surface (hundreds of them), ketchup, soda, juice, tea all over the place for the flies to enjoy.

I just came through the drive-thru tonight 9/24. I placed my online order 5 minutes before i went through the drive thru. then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for a one meal order, i was first in the line. Then i get home and the meal i waited for, is raw; the chicken inside my mccrispy is raw. disgusting and waste of time. expect a 15 minute wait everytime you come here, they need new management.
