I was surprised that the food was better than I expected. I had the started tamale plate and they were so delicious. friend has the chile relleno and she declared it perfect. the chips came with three complimentary dips (our favorite was the green salsa and fount that neither one was spicy). I will return to try more items

We had dinner at Gloria‘s the other night and it was so delicious. I had to take pictures and share. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting , perfect for a date night. The service was outstanding and our waitress did a fantastic job ( I didn’t get her name) it was nice to have dinner with my family where we could actually have a conversation during our meal. And bonus, it’s a local favorite so we did run into some friends.

Wonderful food and service. Love the plantains. They had just the right amount of crispy goodness. The salmon was well done. The vegetables with it were perfect–perfectly cooked and seasoned. Great combination of spinach and carrots with bell peppers and surprisingly, snow peas. It worked. The rice (arroz casamiento) was delicious. It was the rice and beans all mixed together for me. Great sour cream enchiladas as well. They had nice fresh chips and green, red, and bean salsas. They were all good. And honestly the prices were good as well. It was plenty of food for under $20 a plate. They have a nice patio, and they had portable ac to keep everything comfortable in this Texas heat. Our server was quick and checked on us frequently. We’ll definitely be back.

The atmosphere was good, it was lively and the restaurant had a nice ambience. You could tell the people like this place as there was a steady stream of folks being seated while we were there. The food was good but that’s about the best I can say for it. Being Latin I expected much more flavor, it was just a little bland. I had the Carne Flameada with high expectations. It was extremely tender, that was surprising and fantastic, but again the lack of any real burst of flavor was disappointing. My wife had the chicken chimichanga but nothing that said we have to go back and eat here again. I guess we just expected more
because every time we’ve been by there there has been a line waiting.

I loved the service here, and my food came out perfect and timely! I came here on a Thursday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy. My server was nice and attentive, the food was delicious, and it was an overall great experience! I tried the Pupusas (cheese only) for the first time and they did not disappoint. I can’t wait to visit here again!

We had a small work dinner here today and we all enjoyed it. I had the fajita combo for 1 with flank steak and shrimp and it was delicious. Perfect size for 1 person. Others had tacos and steak and they seemed to enjoy it also. The churros and tres leches for desert were amazing. Jorge was our waiter and he did a great job. Very professional and polite.

Javier was an absolutely amazing server. The food was incredibly delicious.
I had the beef chile relleno and a chicken enchilada served a the perfect temperature and seasoned perfectly. The flan was rich and thick definitely different from what I’ve had before.
The ambience is nice and the music isn’t at all loud. The prices are definitely worth the food servings you get. Definitely will be returning.

this is generally our go-to spot if we have nothing planned for dinner. the staff is always friendly and hard working. the food has been great every time we come, and we’ve tried may of the dishes since we moved to Colleyville. will continue to come back to this restaurant, it’s the best Latin/Mexican cuisine in the city that we’ve found.

I love this place! I go about 3 times a week now- it’s so addicting and when I start comparing other places to it and then just go there instead lol. The plantains are delicious for dessert and they have wonderful food that I have worked pretty much through every item on the menu and a couple items that weren’t on the menu 😉 I would recommend the chile relleno stuffed with steak or chicken with poblano rice and refried beans. Their Salmon dishes are also excellent. This is a Salvadoran restaurant and not a Mexican one, but the dishes are familiar with slight twists if you’re familiar with Mexican or Tex-Mex food.

Hands-down, the best tortilla soup in town. Delicious, hearty and full of
Chicken. Also hands down the worst seating arrangement of any restaurant- the place is set up like a bingo hall. All the tables are in rows so you’re shoulder to shoulder with other patrons like the center seat on an airplane. I’ll take my soup to go next time! BINGO!
