Lets just be brutally honest because it’s all facts so no slander. If you go there and are white person, William might make racist jokes. William is not white. Saturday last night that is what happened. So I returned this morning wish I would asked for the nice person’s name but no i didn’t. Anyway today for breakfast I got eggshells with my sandwiches. I’m new to the area but I’ll go somewhere else. If someone is going to dis me around children I want to go someplace they close the windows. And the manager this morning who I talked to since I was pulling away from window I did not see who made their rude comments. But as an employee you say it in front of The manager still the manager is not as good. Employees know they are allowed to do things. If you are a tourist stay away. Sadly this place is near a pretty cool place where kids visit. I wonder if William makes this a habit.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. Absolutely terrible. Ordered online and waited over 2 hours to pick it up. Ridiculous. Store didn’t answer the phone when we called numerous times. When we finally picked up the food, all of it was wrong and were missing multiple items and our drinks were all wrong and half full with no ice. Terrible. Please don’t go here.

No one on the drive thru microphone, no one at the cash register, ordered on the machine, they have me the wrong sandwich with the wrong order number. Plain clothes civilians where were throwing up in the parking lot cane inside walked behind the cash register and handled food and then left. This was at 3pm September 24th 2025. The guy who made his own food had the same number on his bag as my sandwich had, 1606.

I have had a case number open with McDonald’s customer care for over a year!!!!! and have yet to hear from a manager at this location, who seems to be the only person that can resolve my issue of a refund due to having been charged At the drive-through after providing my code, but never received product Because their frappe machine was down. I think somehow my code was still active and I got charged $17.88 for the person in back of me My case number is 31641740. It has been escalated multiple times. I feel like I just need to walk in there and ask to speak with the manager and show them all my documentation. This is actually quite ridiculous.

I have been to some bad McDonald’s in my life but this one takes the cake. Lock bathroom for the guess no access to fountain drinks and when it came to getting drinks all they had was power aid and Dr pepper. On top of that the worst part is the The manager decided that the best time to scold a employee was in the middle of the dining room where all of the customers can see a hair what was going on. The very poor management skills on her part in something needs to be done in this place.

Was hungry so I walked over from my dental appointment at Affinia. They handed me a bag and forgot my nuggets and then I was forgotten about a water it’s not surprising, they are distracted by hiomeless from the shelter, hamburger was fresh but I wouldn’t suggest going there.

One of the workers refused to serve me because they keep closing their lobby so I told this guy I’m calling corporate. This guy came out and made threats to me. I actually felt like I was in danger. This guy seemed like he was on drugs. If anyone expects good service, this is the very last place you will ever expect that kind of service. Anyway I hope the police can handle this guy because he’s obviously on something.

I ordered 3 double cheese burgers in drive through. I checked them out, no onions. I go back through the Drive through and tell them there are no onions. They take 60 seconds and hand me the exact same burgers. I go in and ask for a refund and the person that gave me the refund tried to act like there were enough onions on my burgers when there were only like 3. Not gonna lie, later I googled, “McDonald’s stopped putting onions on burgers,” Only to find out they are cooking them like White Castle now. Yet, they didn’t change the picture on the menu and when I ask for onions at other locations they simply put them on there.

Stopped by this McDonald’s recently and overall had a solid experience. The service was quick, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well-kept. My order was prepared accurately, which I really appreciate during a busy day.
The only downside was that the fries were a bit cold by the time I got them, which was disappointing since McDonald’s fries are usually the best when they’re fresh and hot. Still, everything else was great, and I’d definitely come back. Just hoping for hotter fries next time.
