This location is a joke. My husband, child, and myself sat and waited 15 minutes at our table. Nobody came to take our order, nothing.
You got employees running around the restaurant, smoking at the front door, talking on their phones while working.

Went to eat breakfast with my family. We were sitting there for almost an hour And a half not getting any kind of service. Any kind of food. It took almost 35 to 40 minutes to receive any kind of drinks. The establishments, the waitresses, the management all just sucked. They were very rude. And then on top of that, when my husband finally got his food out, the waiter spilt all kinds of water all over his outfit, the waiter was trying to apologize. But at the same time, she also was giving attitude in the midst of it all. We were really upset because the fact that when it took forever for the food to come out. And then, when we tried to speak to the management, he also had attitude with us. It was just a really bad experience for my family. It’s been forever since we’ve been at this establishment. And I can tell you this. We will never go back to this. Establish ever again. This was one bad experience that I’ve ever ever had a face.

I had the Belgium waffles and chicken strips. I also had a side of bacon the bacon tasted like it was cooked on a dirty old grease grill or pan, it was burnt on the edges. The waffle was great. The server Holly was excellent.

Was surprised how good the steak tips actually were. Waiter was awesome and very pleasing. Made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Will continue to go back for the great food.

My family and I went in to eat breakfast. We were seated at a table and that’s it. We waited for 15 minutes and no one had come over. We watched multiple booths and tables be waited on by a lady and she looked over at us multiple times and just never stopped to see if she can help us. I understand that staff have their own sections (as a server myself) but does that mean that teamwork is non-existing? Even the manager saw us sitting there and he didn’t even come over. The hostess should have told the server that they had a table. The manager should have come over when he saw we hadn’t been helped. The servers walking around should have shown teamwork by helping the missing server. It’s a breakfast rush! Do better. Will not be back.

Very noisy and children running and screaming all over the place. The waiter sat us down and didn’t even look back. The dishwasher guy came out of the kitchen and we got him to take our order. The food was delicious though.

Haven’t even got the food yet and the 4 of us are upset! I came in early and let the lady know that my mother-in-law was on her way in a wheelchair so she could figure out where she wanted us. She said she would brb …she didn’t come back! We all sat there for well over 15 minutes before we sat ourselves…walking through the restaurant there were 2 other customers…and lots of filthy tables. Our table was so sticky we had to go find a rag to wipe it off! Included is the table next to the cleanest table we could find to sit at. Then after all this… 20 more minutes we went and found someone in the kitchen. About 4 or 5 workers came out of the kitchen! I’m hoping our food isn’t as nasty as the cleanliness and service. I will NOT BE BACK! Whoever the manager is needs fired!

WE LEFT She came out laughing and told us no lettuce for the BLT then went back into the kitchen and screamed because we asked her to clean up the nasty table next to us! This is outrageous! All four of us left for Village Inn! I'll be calling someone tomorrow!

Had a problem with the bill the manager was very rude so I said forget about it. So check your bill they charge for sides that come with the meal. Ya it’s not a huge charge but why have it come with a 14$ meal but charge 3$ also they charge 1.49 for cheese and you don’t even get that much. Haven’t ate at an ihop in years and now I know why rude managers and not very good food for the price. Advice to go somewhere else.

I ordered a chicken fried steak and nobody came to ask how it was or if I needed a refill. I would have told them this chicken fried steak is so over cooked and burnt that you could flip a coin on it. I couldn’t cut through it. It was like a rock. The waitress, just kept walking past us not even checking on anything. The service and food was terrible. I would have ordered something else or something but nobody gave me a chance.

Order a bacon temptation got three bites into the omelette and there was a hair underneath the food they offered to remake it but by then it was definitely not worth eating. The service was terrible because I asked for creamer and it took the lady 20 minutes to come back after I had got up and asked another lady for the creamer manager refused to give any type of discount for the food because I wanted to have breakfast with my kids before they went back home out of state
