The family and I stop by to get lunch, the play area looked like it had not been wiped down in a while. The changing table in the bathroom that was closets to the play area was broken and floors just not swept at all. Neither were the tables when searching for a place to sit. Definitely a typical McDonalds, we just needed a place to let our kid run for a bit

Very busy this evening in drive thru so I went inside. Had 2 before me, waited longer than expected but my food was picture perfect and delicious. Quarter Pounder and fries along with a properly calibrated Coke. Yummy

Bathrooms were like 50% clean, ran out of medium lids and we told them we needed lids they didn replace them. Food came out quickly. Order was correct. No clean tables. The person at the counter kept drying trays but they should have been restocking the drink bar and wiping down tables as it was busy in the restaurant.

This store likes to lie and steal . You’d be better off driving to literally any other McDonald’s . I ordered a cup of Mac sauce the other day and it was 45 cents and it was a full cup , today they tried charging me 77 cents for a cup of it and added a second sauce on there without my permission and after telling her she did , she tried acting like she didnt when its clearly on the screen . And then proceeded to put not even a full pump of it into the cup. They also have very foul attitudes . They also changed their number so people couldn’t report issues and they allow their underage workers to stand in front of the customer entrance vaping .

Workers were nice, but I was missing an entire burger from my order and the other 2 were completely wrong. They remade the order, but one of the burgers still had ketchup and I can’t eat ketchup 🙁 Didn’t want to go back up there a third time sadly

I returned on a Friday at 11:30 to eat lunch. The restaurant was packed not only from the normal lunch crowd. But, also from a bus load of elementary age kids on a field trip. Tabatha, took my food order and was not only super friendly and nice, but also took her time to explain the specials. We of course joked about the TV show “Bewitched, and her being the daughter on the show,” I also mentioned about a couple days ago coming to this same McDonald’s, and whoever waited on me, told me they didn’t have any specials. And they wasn’t even crowded. I was very impressed with this visit, not only because they was fast with my order. Mainly, I was impressed with Tabatha and how calm and under control she was. Especially, after just dealing with 30 plus excited, screaming, elementary age kids full of energy. Being a former GM at Menards. I know the importance of having a employee who genuinely cares about the customers. Also, who smiles with a friendly greeting, and is happy to interact cheerfully with you is priceless. If I still was a manager at Menards, I would be asking Tabatha to come work at Menards. Owners/Managers remember that sometimes it only takes one employee to make or break a visit. Very rarely do I see a employee make a lasting impression like Tabatha did today. I boosted your rating a couple points because of her.
I ordered a couple triple cheeseburgers from the counter inside. First of all it took about 10 minutes. They did apologize for the wait. Really the biggest problem I had was the burgers tasted like they dumped a whole salt shaker on them. And this is about the third time they’ve tasted like this. Terrible! A few days ago, I went to the St Clair McDonald’s and ordered the same. A couple triple cheeseburgers that were amazing. I hope they fix this, so I can enjoy the burgers. Even my dog wouldn’t eat the burgers I got from here.

The play area is better than expected. The floor is a bit sticky, but never expected McDonald’s to be perfectly clean, so it’s acceptable. The bathroom can improve with killing some fries inside, but it’s rather clean.

I want to clarify that I went through the drive thru, not take out. I got the big breakfast with muffin as a substitute for biscuit, which I recommend doing, and extra sausage. They got my order right, and for everything I got, it was only $7.93, so if you’re on a budget, McDonald’s is very affordable. It also is very tasty, but there’s a reason (my biggest takeaway) it is that way: most of it is ultra-processed except for a few things like the beef and round eggs. Also, they are very quick about getting your food out to you even if there’s several other cars in the drive thru. Would I recommend this place to somebody else? Yes, if they have no health problems.

Mcdonald’s is so crazy expensive for such crappy food. I can’t believe what has happened to this Great institution. $2.59 for an ice cream cone? Seriously. Their menu is almost completely unintelligible and doesn’t show you all of their items. I do everything in my power to try to stay away from McDonald’s anymore and I used to love it.
