Wrong food in my bag on a mcdelivery and the person who answered the phone at the restaraunt, who claimed to be the manager told me I needed to complain to doordash on an order in a sealed bag placed on the app. Sounded like an illegal. She refused to even hear my explanation as soon as I mentioned doordash and repeatedly referred me to doordash after everything I said. I ordered on the McDonald’s app and my bag was sealed. Doordash didn’t get my order wrong. I called to request a refund on a happy meal. Since the manager won’t respond and no receipt was provided in the sealed bag I will be declining the entire transaction through mastercard.

Came in today 02/21/2026 approx 10am and ordered 2 spicy chicken biscuits. On both, the chicken was tough like cardboard and inedible. Can’t understand why you would serve your customer this old chicken. It has to be from the day before. This is sad and obviously the manager running this location does not care about the customers and food safety .

Hello,
I am writing to report an extremely rude and unprofessional incident that happened today (Monday around 6:16 PM) at the McDonald’s located near Maryland Heights.

My friend and I have been loyal customers at this location for over three months. We stop by almost every day after work, and the regular staff are always kind and polite. Unfortunately, today the manager on duty (male) behaved in a shocking and disrespectful manner.

We ordered two value cone ice creams with Oreo toppings and paid for the full order. When we received the cones, the Oreo topping was missing. We politely informed him that we had already paid for it. Instead of helping us, he became very aggressive — he raised his voice, used bad language including curse words directed toward us, and refused to fix the mistake.

To make things worse, he took back the cones we had already paid for, kept the money, and slammed the service window in our faces. This was humiliating, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable behavior, especially from a person who calls himself a manager.

This kind of treatment toward paying customers is extremely disappointing and damaging to McDonald’s reputation. We request that this issue be investigated seriously, and appropriate action be taken against this manager to ensure no other customer experiences such behavior.

I placed an order online and when I arrived they told me that they were not taking orders anymore and that they would not make my food. They told me that they could not cancel my order and that I would have to do that myself but when I went to cancel it I was not allowed to. The worker had already click that they had started preparing my order so now I can’t cancel and I’m out $50 with no refund.

Waited in drive-thru line for 20 minutes before getting to the order screen. Sat for another 5 minutes, watching car after car getting assisted at the other screen. Finally got tired of no response and left.
Requested my mobile order be canceled, and heard nothing. Complained on the app, and got a partially filled out response 3 days later. They literally left “[Insert Supporting Info from knowledge as needed]” in the email response, telling me that it’s up to this store to pay me back for the food I paid for and did not receive.
I never received the payment, and I have not eaten at McDonald’s since. I would recommend avoiding losing your money here. There are lots of other great options in the area where you’ll actually get the food you pay for.

I paid at the first window at 5:50pm and when I got to the second window, I was handed food (4 piece nugget and a medium fry) and was told to pull around to the side of the building by the fence for the iced caramel macchiato. I waited 22 minutes for a drink.

I was just at McDonald’s ordered a filet fish no cheese and the bun was hard and tough. Do a better job check expiration date bad business just sale anything to the customer and then have nerve to ask if you want to roundup your order I don’t know where my charge is going Just BAD BUSINESS I also ordered 3 chocolate chip cookies the were hard I have never received hard cookies This a shame to sell food like this to make the company richer and the customer sick of this nasty food

Check with the People who are working in a night shift of drive thru. The dude was so rude. All I asked is a cup of ranch he acted like I asked his pockets. Closed the window while I am talking. Please change the night crew here. They took like 30 min so serve one mc chicken
