I am a doordasher in the area of Florissant and today was tasked with delivering an order from this particular McDonald’s. I arrived well within the pick up time of the order (being 11:24 a.m.) and waited in line for about 5 minutes, and when the employee asked for my dash order I told her and afterwards I went to the restroom to wash my hands. whenever I returned back, the order still was not complete, which is fine, it was just that every single door dasher that came through the door would get their order before I got mine, even though I was the first one there. Someone before me was even served 2 bags, so there couldn’t possibly be any excuses for my order size being larger and more time consuming to make. Keep in mind the time would be around 11:30 when another dasher walked in and presented his order to the employee. I asked for his pick up time (mine being 11:24 a.m., and his being 11:31 a.m.), he showed me while he got his order, and as well as this, the employee showcased her short term memory loss disorder, because she asked me again if I had a doordash. Like she hadn’t seen my face minutes ago. At this point, I’m unhappy with the service and I need my order immediately. It took about 20 minutes to make just one order, that had barely any food (10 pc nugget, large fry, mcchicken, happy meal, and a big mac I believe). I could prepare all of that in under 8 minutes, and that’s not even bragging. That should be that the average. I am also going to accuse this store of racism, because I was the only white man there and every single person in that store got there order ON TIME and IN UNDER 5 MINUTES. I’m hoping to see a response to this, or an apology, or any confirmation that this was seen or heard. If not, I will have to see if there are complaint forms at the store, or I will speak to a manager. I wish everyone involved a good day.

My sister and I stopped at this location at midnight. I was very impressed, the customer service was amazing from each window and the food was fresh without having to ask. The ladies at the window were very kind courteous and professional. I had to place a review to let everyone know there are STILL good hardworking professionals at some Mcdonald locations. Thank you Ladies for all you do!

Food took forever to get! I knowoit gets busy at times but at least look like you’re making an effort. Half of everyone is standing around, 2 or 3 employees kept walking out with food eating themselves. Kept leaving the kitchen to get drinks. Anytime some said excuse me they’d just stare at you. Finally got the food home and was missing all the sauce for the nuggets. Everything might as well have been frozen it was so cold. Terrible all around.

Oof, very poorly run… Food was delicious, great play area, very slow. The poor workers either looked clueless or looked miserable; no in between. It took 45 minutes to finally get my food. I think the drive-through is probably fine, but any other form of ordering was a mess. The inside was full of disgruntled customers who had been waiting forever. There was a complete lack of communication. The unfortunate worker who was customer-facing inside was clearly getting no support from the rest of the staff and had been yelled at so much he was just completely avoiding eye contact by the time he got to us. The app and all of the extra things the restaurant tries to make happen do not happen here. I’m pretty sure they are in survival mode 100% of the time. After everything got straightened out after miscommunication, they apologized and made sure our food was fresh and correct. The food was delicious as always, but if you’re going to use this one, use the drive-thru and be patient. The play place is very nice and the other families were friendly, but if they are slammed, they might close the play area. If I come back, I will order from the drive-thru, park, and bring the food and the kids into the play area.

My grandbabies love the indoor playground here. It’s one of the few McDonald’s that still have one. So it’s worth it just for this reason, especially during inclement weather. I’m not sure how often they clean the playground, but I bring hand sanitizer and wipes for my grandbabies to use throughout stay there.

This is the worst mcdonald’s location.I have ever been to before even getting to the door it was a horrible smell that made me sick to my stomach when I opened the door it became stronger nothing.Smelled like food, it smelt so bad I almost gagged, had to cover my nose. I came in and stood at the counter and no one approached me to take my ordeThey just sat there staring laughing and the kids a few feet from me were laughing playing on their phone and going behind the counter and coming back out.So I wasn’t sure if they worked there or not.Because they were waiting for food.

I drove through with a simple quarter pounder with cheese order and ordered a caramel frappuccino what was my turn they said can you please pull forward till we get to your frap 10 cars later I walked into the store to find out what was going on and they hadn’t even started making it so by the time I got my drink all the rest of my food was ruined because it was so cold the fries were half off with no salt I not only will not go back to this McDonald’s again anybody I know I will also tell them don’t go here it doesn’t matter how fast you are or it’s all cold when you get it

I don’t understand why it at 11:30 a.m. on a Monday the inside is closed down. Like there are people that don’t have any place to go eat because they drive around on their vehicles all day for work.
