Burgers cold, bread stale, fries old and cold. The drinks cups are not filled. I asked the server to fill the cups twice and she said no, closed the window and walked away while laughing with an employee in his pajamas working the fry station. Let me add, the drinks were carbonated. I vow to never return. The level of unprofessionalism is unfathomable.

As soon as I tasted the fries I could tell this was not our normal McDonald’s.. we ordered through DoorDash not realizing it was this location in the food was disgusting.. my snack wrap only had chicken and sauce with like 5 shreds of cheese…. and the fries tasted like grease

The employees will ignore you. Be prepared to wait to order if you go inside. Took about 15 minutes to place an order because the drive thru is their priority. “All” of the tables in the play area were dirty. Take your own disinfecting wipes if you go here with kids during winter break.

On this visit to McDonald’s, I placed my order using The mobile app before coming to the restaurant. When I arrived at the restaurant, I waited at the speaker for 10 minutes before someone spoke to me. When I received my food, it was all cold and stale. I went back and asked if they could remake part of my order, fresh and hot. When I arrive to the front window, the young lady looked at me as if she had no idea what I was talking about and made a stare of disgust at me while she turned away. When I received my food back, it was in the same McDonald’s bag I gave them. I’m not sure if the food was heated up or if they gave me more stale food, but I am not pleased with my visit or the service.

Close this place, immediately! The food and service was so bad, it should be illegal. I’m driving an hour to go back there and throw the food on the ground where it belongs. Straight trash! Cashier had a full blown conversation with someone else while I was trying to order in the drive thru. Chicken sandwich was burned to hell and back again. They gave me an old sprite with melted ice in it… why? If I ever go to this location again, it will be to spit on it.

Honestly and this is truly honestly I haven’t eaten a McDonald’s burger since 1982 honestly only thing I eat from McDonald’s is your French fries with no salt they’re great and your fish sandwiches I love them I will never stop eating those but if you could work on your customer service do some secret shopping on your workers please do a background on the people relations because they really don’t know how to deal with people cuz they’re not people persons thank you and have a great day

Took 20 minutes to get 2 slices of cheese and 2 pieces of sausage. I had to ask where my order was after watching others get their orders after mine. No fork in bag with food that’s obviously eaten like a typical sandwich. No napkins either. Food had probably been ready for a while, just no one knew what it was to call it or something

Horrible customer service! If you guys aren’t open then why does the app let you order? Let’s see if the system actually cancels my order this time. The last time I visited here we ordered two McFlurries and the machine was down. The very rude lady inside told me to just dispute it with my bank. I shouldn’t have to do that you guys should have a better system.
This morning when I go in the entrance sign says drive-thru open 24 hours. The sign on the window says they open at 5:00 a.m. The lady at the Drive-Thru said they open at 6:00 a.m. and it was 4:30 when I showed up. So what time exactly do you open?
