So today friday 10/10/25 decided to buy a happy meal for my daughter, Mc MDonalds is advertising the BTS KOREAN pop group on their store, so u get one of the BTS singers along with ur happy meal… well not today, today I got some plastic figure that resembles a worm… (no clue what that is) definitely a BTS singer like the one they advertise on their stores… obviously went back to complain about it, it was for my daughter, a little something since we dont get to spend a lot of money in toys , anyways, there was a black lady (for the way so rude she answered my question maybe the manager on duty) so this lady tells me they fun out of the BTS toys and all they have is green worms and basically she wont do anything about it, not even offered a refund… that in the eyes of the law is FALSE ADVERTISING.. had I know mcdonalds dont have the toy they so much advertise in the store I would have not bought the happy meal go begin with and chosen something else or spent mu money somewhere else, so very disappointed for the FALSE ADVERTISING and the poor customer service that just shrugged her shoulders and told me : nothing they can do even tou she said she knew they had run out if the BTS toys way before but basically she didnt care.. bad bad bad

Disgusting!!! I stopped inside the McDonalds so the kids could use the playplace and I could order some food. The restaurant had one customer and nobody in the drive through. Four employees were behind the counter not moving. I went to the mens restroom to change a diaper and the restroom was filthy! Flies were everywhere, trash was all over the floor, and the sink had snot and spit all over. I left and told one of the ladies about condition of the restroom and she just stared at me like I was bothering her. When I went into the playplace, it was also filthy. Nobody is entering the playset and cleaning inside. There was food and crumbs all over, and play equipment is heavily stained. The floor has trash all over. Not sure why the place is this dirty with four employees and the restaurant is not busy. Avoid this McDonald’s!!!

The workers were so rude, got my order complete wrong then made me feel like it was my fault for her not understanding. The food was semi-cooked and still cold. Never got out drinks or even the hash browns which is a main reason to get there breakfast.

Hair in my kid burrito, long wait times, the service at the drive through window is horrible half of the time. But if you pick curbside they can’t even find you half the time bc they have up to 6 cars pulled waiting on food. Then sometimes they pull you from drive through and completely forget what you ordered. This place is a mess.

A Chaotic mess. I had a late supper at a nearly empty Mcdonalds where the employees outnumbered the patrons 4 to 1. With a 25 minute wait on 3 Mcchickens, fries, and a shake. The staff replaced the melted shake as it was to go. The front end staff berated the cooks out loud stating “Your killing us up hear”. The McChickens were smashed, the fries were cold but on the bright side the shake was good. Maybe work on teamwork.

Unfortunately had a really poor food. My husband’s biscuit and my English muffin were both crunchy and the sausage patty looked like it had sat out all night. Visited at 7:15 am, no good reason not to have fresh food.

Never again….I ordered a double quarter pounder Dressed like a mac…..not hard to understand right?? Guess it is for them, I received my order and all they did was take a QP that was already made….squirted a little Mac sac and called it done. Wrong! It is not ‘dressed like a mac’….ugh, not only that but fries are cold and stale… will never return

Food services were rude, food quality was horrible. A staff member took our child’s jacket without even asking if it belonged to anyone. They have the self order and pay machines, I think I would’ve rather have used those than deal with the staff. The play area has touch screen brain cell killing mindless video games. I think I saw 1 other kid besides our own that were actually playing in the jungle gym.. which is where all kids should be.

Chicken seemed like it was leftover but i tried it anyways because i was hungry and spent the next two days living on the toilet… server was rude, threw my food down on the table and turned around and walked away as if she was feeding the homeless… wont be going back
