Went to get 2 meals. Told to pull over,waiting on fries. 4 other cars in front of us waiting and 2 more waiting behind us.after 25 minutes Went in and still had to wait for them to make the sandwiches. Others said the waited longer and we were all waiting on fries. 2 customers only had happy meals. That was 2 days ago.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to the one in duquoin. Get in line at 10:30 to be served. Waited till 11:00 and after and they turn the lights out on me and then tell me when I get up to the window that they were closed. They were supposed to close at 10:00. Website says midnight. The line was all the way around to the road coming in. This is terrible. We need to boycott this place and get it closed.

Took forever to get waited on as the front counter worker was on his phone in the lobby. He didn’t even put the phone away when he was behind the counter, he continued to be on his phone behind the register while we were waiting on our order to be taken. He neglected to wash his hands before heading back to work and was not friendly at all when taking orders. Rolled his eyes when we asked for tea because it was not filled in the lobby. The kitchen was nasty with no cleanliness and no workers were wearing gloves. Front of house worker proceeded to sit on his phone in front of a box fan that was sat on the counter while we were waiting on our food which is a health code violation. As a food service manager myself I do not recommend eating here. Trenton left a lasting impression on all of our group (all food service workers) and not a good one.
