I asked for extra sauce and it came out almost nothing on it. Same thing I did in the past for my Big Macs… always liked heavy on sauce for my sandwiches. This time I paid extra for “gold” sauce, “spicy”, and “ranch” for chicken wraps. they all came out very light. Something is clearly going on! Not worth paying extra for nothing in this town.

I truly hate to leave a negative review, but sadly this isn’t the first time with similar issues from this location. I want to start by saying the girl who brought my food out to me was very kind, even though it’s bitter cold outside she brought my food out to me with a big smile on her face. She herself gets 5 stars from me all the way. The food itself was even good. The disappointing part and the reason I gave 3 stars, is because I got home and opened my bag to see that my 20 piece nugget was only a 10 piece. I thought the reward I redeemed was for 30% off a 20 piece, not 50% OF the 20 piece. On top of that, there was absolutely no sauce in the bag, and call me picky but I will not eat nuggets without sauce. I ordered 3 sweet and sour, and you guys charge for those sauces. So, to not receive them kind of felt like a slap in the face. I have back issues and deal with a lot of back pain, so I have a difficult time getting out and about and didn’t feel like making a trip all the way back to the store to have it made right. But please pay a little more attention next time and perhaps double check the orders before sending them out. I know fast food needs to be fast, but I’m sure most would agree quality over speed, any day of the week. Hopefully I can edit this review the next time I come through and give you the 5 Stars you should strive for.

They are getting slower still through the drive thru. Not sure what is going on but in the last 2 weeks 3 people pulled out of line prior to ordering due to wait time. As I did this week. Only have so long for a lunch hour.

i was major impressed with the service in spite of the fact they were dealing with a child who needed spanked and a teenager who needed spanked as a younger kid and as a teen. idk why people are ok with training rudeness in their kids. was sad they didn’t have any hot coffee, but honestly this is normal later in the day. cudos to a well running team. fast food can be a hard job keep up your good work!

I ordered curbside pick up ten minutes ahead of time on the app. I get there and waited 25 minutes till my food came out. Wouldn’t have been so bad if my food wouldn’t have been cold.

Ordered at 10:01. It’s 10:34 and I still haven’t received all my food. There is more than 10 employees and most of them are goofing around and messing around. 2 people has to ask what I was waiting on. One girl was running around trying her best to get everything out, unfortunately made the wrong items and had to remake them. Let’s make sure management is trained on how to run a shift. Supervise employees, and most of all, train employees. Seems like the assistant and general manager do not have very good training skills since many employees seemed lost and many customers had mistakes with their orders.
