3/6/26 10:05p ordered–wait–longer than 5 min in line-person in front ordered a drink and still waited another 2 min to receive it after payment received & ordered it min of 5 min before reaching the window. Mine: 1/4 pounder was barely lukewarm & fries were very cold when received-appeared to be workers chatting & on phones–No iced tea & Friend received sandwich with a nice hair in it & ice cold fries. Food received @ 10:20p. I guess at least the order was right. How many workers doe sit take to make a small frappe? apparently 2: 1 to push the buttons and 1 to actually make it or so it seemed. Soda lacked nearly 2 inches from the top of being filled and had 2 ice cubes in it. We waited at the window after paying another 5 min. WTH is going on? Before we had hot food and faster service. BTW their hours that day were 5am to 4am (24 hours). Kudos to the previous hot food & faster service–Autumn was the window worker then & defo not on duty for this experience. Cannot rate in the negatives. Do Better.

McDonald’s in Beardstown Illinois has poor work and even worse customer service. I pay for extra cheese slices, and extra dip cups and never receive them. I sometimes have food missing from my order or stuff even built correctly. Nothing is done to make it right. I called and spoke to the evening shift manager about food missing from my order and stuff being put together incorrectly she asked what I wanted done about it and I told her they need to double check orders from everyone before that hand it to any customer. Everything is printed bold on a receipt and easy to read. I was talking to her calmly and she hung up on me then when I called back refused to answer. I have been in the store and on multiple occasions witnessed the managers cussing at customers including myself and their staff. They have no care about quality or customer service.

Fast food atmosphere, service was acceptable, but my burger was served raw and cold. Red, not even pink. Showed the manager. She was (sorry) that it happened, but never offered to make me another sandwich or refund it. Cook needs more help or training. I’ll leave it at that.

The only thing making this restaurant survive is that it’s in a small town with basically nothing else available!!! If I could give it a NEGATIVE star review I would!! They can never get an order correct…if it’s not one thing wrong it’s another!! Wrong drink, 0 condiments given (0 ordered sauce for the chicken nuggets in bag), 0 ketchup in bag, 0 napkins in bag…AND when trying to call and speak to management they don’t answer the phone and send it to voicemail

Terrible, they are more busy talking than doing the orders correctly. I went for a cheeseburger and the cheese was super cold and the girl I made the comment to was very rude, after crossing words regarding the cheeseburger that she claims that the cheese is always cold and I always ask for the same thing and it is the first time it happens to me, she told me to park and wait and it took more than 10 minutes, I had to enter the store for the cheeseburger and the girl who attended me had no idea since she had not told her that there was someone waiting for an order. When she handed me the order, I checked it again and the girl had apparently crushed them because that’s what the cheeseburgers looked like, crushed in a bad way. I proceeded to leave them the order because I don’t know what else they were going to be able to do. But the girl was never able to show her face even to apologize. 0 recommended terrible service

Not good at all, fries cold, I ordered a double deluxe quarter and got little to no lettuce, only got one tomato, and got no mayo on it even when I requested so. The server also forgot many peoples drinks and said she was “sorry”. And the staff were not very good either, which is due to the managers there. I DO NOT recommend coming here as an McDonald’s worker.
