Fluffing the fries for profit? Ordered a large fry got less than a medium fry they were old cold and greasy literally like eating cold grease threw them in the trash. Mc chicken looked old and overcooked had a weird taste strawberry cream pies were undercooked and old I will give you 10 stars for the bacon quarter pounder took 22 minutes before getting my order I would think everything would have been fresh

I love McDonald’s fries. However, every time I visit this location the fries are cold, undercooked and nasty. Also, my order is never right! I have given them too many times to change my opinion of this restaurant. They make the fries in advance and sit under the hot light to avoid lines. I can respect that to a degree. When those fries sit so long under the heat lamp and become greasy and limp, you all know better. Meals are not cheap and your customers deserve to receive what they pay for. A fresh, hot product. Mt. Zion McDonald’s, please re-train and serve fresh food and correct orders to the area that patronizes you.

Foods decent like any mcdonalds. If you order in drive thru, everything is fine, but if you do a mobile pickup the employees that bring out the food have the personality of a potato.

Complete disgust! Big Mac with NO BURGER!! There is nothing on the first layer at all! And only lettuce, sauce, cheese on 2nd layer. You all forgot the beef! The main ingredient. Wow! Wake up, kids…. I was left to eat just your skimpy apple pie. PS new buns are awful! Full of plastic and chemicals. Not soft. Not real! Doesn’t even feel real! Prices are super high and not worth it!! Goodbye, McD’s

I order a number 7, 2 cheeseburger meal with extra onion and extra pickle. Got 3 small pieces of onion, 1 pickle, and no freaking cheese on one burger and the second has some onion and 3 pickles, but still no cheese. It’s a CHEESE burger meal and there’s no cheese. How can these people demand more money per hour when they can’t get the simplest of orders correct?!?

Was there this morning for an early lunch with my 3 yr old son and mom…after ordering our food we went back to the play area so my son could eat then play while back there 2 employees were on there break running there mouths loudly how they dont like there manager and was talking poorly about other employees…both these girls were being rude and in my opinion need fired they were also complaining about how the manager had told them to get off of there phones while they are working…this is one of the most poorest ran McDonald’s in the decatur area

Drive thru service in a timely manner. Good food quality. Only complaint/ suggestion I could offer would be to wipe drinks off before handing them out to the customer, no one wants to grab a wet or sticky cup & place that in their cup holder of their car. Place napkins in the bags & fold the bags down.

Don’t eat here. I swear, McDonald’s is the absolute worst fast-food joint in the U.S., and this one is the worst in particular. Terrible attitudes, can’t get a simple order right, and THEN we find a ZIP-TIE in my wife’s salad. If you want overpriced dirt to eat that won’t be what you ordered, and might kill you from having random objects in it, then this is the place for you! I’ve given up on McDonald’s completely. Don’t eat here.
