My son and I worked hard all day without eating a thing. To reward him for working so hard, I allowed him to pick where to go for dinner…my treat. He chose Chili’s. It was a FANTASTIC choice! We ordered an appetizer of chips with a trio of dipping sauces. The guacamole did was incredibly fresh (there’s no faking freshness with guacamole). He ordered the chicken, steak and shrimp fajitas and I ordered the Pick Three… baby back ribs, chicken tenders and brisket quesadillas. Everything was steaming hot and absolutely delicious and we had enough leftovers fo lunch the next day!! Great experience!!!

Got a to go order. They messaged me 20 min before scheduled pickup saying it was ready. Then I get there and wait 10 min to get my food with 0 help. I had to go behind the counter by the kitchen to get my own food since no one would help me. My food was ice cold. Will no longer tip on to go orders…ever. on top of all the med rare steak was cooked below rare and instead of ranch I was given mayo! Prob wont be back

Went on a date with my boyfriend. We had ordered mozzarella sticks and we were enjoying our drinks. After our food came out and we finished eating a roach crawled out of a penne noodle on my boyfriends plate. We alerted staff and the manager was “too busy in a meeting” and would not come talk to us. They fully refunded the meal and we left. Would not recommend going here

Their server Ms.Tanesha is a top tier waitress that is always attentive and very knowledgeable of remembering our orders without writing them down.. Ms.Tanesha always ensure that our food is correct before it comes out because we have allergies.

Chili’s used to be really good and I would eat it on a weekly basis. For the past few months they consistently get the food wrong or the food that they do give is not good quality. It looks like a fast food restaurant put my meal together. Actually that would be insulting fast food restaurants they seem to do a better job. So if you want to charge that price you need to have the quality and service to back it up. Just getting tired of the bad food. Don’t think I will be back would rather spend my money somewhere else.

Almost left due to the lack of cleanliness. Most of the empty bar area tables were dirty, the mirror behind the bar is dirty with streaks. The menus were dirty. Now after visibly taking pictures they started to clean up. No one to greet you as you come in, no hostess. Waited a few minutes for someone to figure out who would seat us and the family ahead of us. Service was slow but polite and he eventually was able to keep up with his tables. The whole store needs shutdown for a day and just be cleaned. It looks rough in daylight. On the way out your hand sticks to the door, again poor cleaning habits. The food was OK. Appreciate that the chips were hot.

Our waitress Savannah was so attentive and nice- she was talking to me extensively about her experience as a waitress and made us feel so welcome. The manager was so friendly and checked on us throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend 🙂

We arrived at 8:45pm to have a family dinner. The road sign lights were off as well as all the lights around the restaurant. Basically looked closed. With reviewing online before we came and verifying on the door, closing was at 11:00. We walked in and saw workers peaking from the back like are people really coming in!! My first job was at a restaurant and I will not walk in the doors of any restaurant that closes within the hour.
If I owned or managed this restaurant I would want this feedback. You are losing a great amount of revenue due to employees wanting to go home and not putting the customer first. If it was not for this restaurant supposedly staying open I would not have come. With seeing Buffalo Wild Wings now coming next door I will be going there in the near future.
