Consistently Incorrect Iced Coffee & Years of Issues. I’ve been ordering the same drink for years—a large iced caramel coffee with one extra cream and two extra caramel (total: 6 cream, 8 caramel)—and this location almost never makes it correctly. As a former McDonald’s crew trainer, I know the exact standards: proper ice to the ice line, full pumps of caramel, and correctly brewed iced coffee that’s cooled over the required amount of ice in the stainless container. This store repeatedly ignores these requirements.

Most of the time, the drink tastes like straight black coffee because they don’t use full pumps of caramel and often don’t fill the cup to the correct ice line, which throws off the coffee-to-ice ratio. I’ve paid extra for caramel for years and usually don’t receive what I paid for.

There ARE a couple employees who do it correctly—Joey and the young blonde girl (not sure her name). Their drinks are made to standard every time. But others, including an older blonde manager, routinely make the coffee incorrectly. I’ve watched her do 11 quick, shallow “fast shots” of caramel and insist she always makes it the right way, even though she doesn’t.

This is my hometown McDonald’s, but I now drive 20 minutes out of my way to another location if I want to get a properly made coffee. Every surrounding store gets it right consistently—this one simply refuses to follow McDonald’s iced coffee standards.

I hope management and corporate take this seriously. Customers deserve the product they pay for, especially when the solution is as simple as following the standard recipe.
Side note if your brewer dumps coffee grounds (visible clearly through the clear cup) don’t act like the customers the fault either when I state I would patiently wait for a new brew since the grounds bag had obviously busted. I don’t keep spare coffee grounds in my car to throw in my cup and waste our time goofy (older hefty set manager woman with an attitude problem).

Okay so I went there today for lunch. I ordered a diet Dr Pepper with my meal. I am a diabetic. I got half way through my soda before I realized my soda wasn’t diet. Now my blood sugar is extremely high. I tried to call the store multiple times but their phone is off the hook. Food is usually not bad here normally no complaints but last few times my mc chickens haven’t had anything on it but mayo, my fries cold no salt and old even during a rush.

Edit: I got ahold of McDonalds and they yelled at me and said it was my fault for not checking first. As a customer I shouldn’t have to check all of it even the drink. I pay for the service of them to make my order. We even waited over 20 minutes for our food to even be told it was ready. It was supposed to be curbside pick up and we had to go inside after waiting for a long time so I was thirsty. I told her I drank half of the soda in one gulp pretty much and realized then. She continued to yell at me and said “you need to do your job on making sure the order was correct” how am I supposed to do that with a soda right off the bat? She continued to yell I should have been able to tell by the taste. I did after I had finished my long drink. I ended up hanging up on them as they were very unprofessional. I will not be going back until they fix their staff. As a diabetic and one of many in this town I shouldn’t have to risk my blood sugars going into the 300+ range over a soda. They need to pay attention. Another diabetic could have gotten super sick if they didn’t realize it at first. Thankfully I didn’t drink the whole soda. This McDonald’s has gone down hill in the last 6 months and honestly I think they need all new staff if me calling just to let them know and to make sure they are being more careful is going to get me yelled at and told it was my fault. She was rude and unprofessional. My blood sugar was in the 150 range before this soda. Not worth the money they raised their prices too if I am paying for service like this

Waited for 12 minutes to get to window. Only 3 cars in front of me. Then was asked to pull up because my kids nuggets weren’t done. Asked how long it takes to cook nuggets and they said 3 minutes. And they were too busy with the 3 other orders to drop the nuggets until I got to the pick up window. Morning crew is usually spot on. Don’t go past 8:00pm or you will waiting

It’s honestly impressive that a single medium fry takes over 15 minutes, but whatever.

Quick update. They brought the food and didn’t even bring everything. We’re now at 20 minutes.

Another update, we had raw chicken. Now we’re waiting for another batch of food.

The day shift manager lady with tattoos needs to be terminated she is disrespectful to the customers in sabotages the doordashers. She was overheard talking about sabotaging doordashers because they make more money than her. Then went on with racial slurs about the doordashers. I no I’m not the only one that has witnessed the behavior hopefully me putting it out there more people will become concerned an that girl terminated but until then me an my people won’t go there again. An its sad because it’s the only McDonald’s

Seems like an updated Mcdonalds for sure.

The inside was very modern and nice looking. A couple TV’s and order area was divided nicely from the seating.

They had the newer self-ordering areas as well.

Menu was shown on huge crystal clear displays.

Children’s play area was built recently and all equipment was very clean and sturdy.

Worst McDonalds Ever – orders a fish filet combo – with an extra fish filet sandwich

The fries were cold.
The sandwich was cold
The fish filet sandwich was just two very dry buns with a dry fish patty there was NO sauce on there!
They didn’t put any ketchup or any kind of sauce in the bag either!

Just horrible! Totally not worth the calories.
But ate it anyways…cause we were starving
