If you need a drive through stop while going down 69 this isnt a bad stop. It is safe and the place is normally clean. Most of the ordering is now on a kiosk since McDonald’s has started cutting staff. I prefer a business that is investing in people over profits.

Worst PLACE TO EVER GO!!! Their manager Stacy wanted to scream and cuss me out over the phone when I called to let her know my order was messed up. She was screaming so loud the speaker became statically and kept screaming how she was going to interrupt me at any time she wants. I was on the phone with my mother in law when I sent her up their for me, my husband, and kids dinner for a treat for them. She got my order correctly. They got it wrong and Stacy claimed it was correct. She bring it to me and every bit was still messed up. I call and Stacy refused any fixes or refunds and said I paid for what I ordered. When that isnt what was ordered. Casey mcdonalds is the worst to go to everything is cold Stacy screams and cusses customers out because its not the first time I’ve seen her do it. She thinks its okay. I called back for the corporates number and she said its on the bag of food you got. I told her it was trashed because I wasn’t forcing myself to eat something I couldn’t eat. She said it was a waste in my part and I wasteful money. She rambled the number off and tried hanging up when I didnt even get the first 2 numbers. I thought mcdonalds was a friendly staff for family? Not a manager screaming and cussing me out interrupting me while my 2 toddlers sat there listening to her and crying because of what she was doing. How is that right for management to treat a customer? I started refusing casey il because of her and how we get food or always wrong. When you get to the window they dont even repeat the order to you. They tell you the price and thats it. You’re suppose to be repeating it back. Especially when my mother in law was there who has hearing and sight problems but not a single person read it back just asked if it was right on the screen and it doesn’t even stay up long enough to even read. So how can someone who feels its okay tk scream, cuss, and scream how she can interrupt a customer anytime she wants? It’s a waste of time and money to go to Casey mcdonalds especially to be treated by that manager

I came through and ordered 2/4 pounders and two large fries, 1/4 pounder was supposed to be regular while the other was supposed to be only tomato. This order was for my neighbor because she is on oxygen, not me. You guys put both of them as normal. She wanted one as only tomato because she is allergic to mustard and onion. It was an online order around 7:30 to 6:45. I don’t have the receipt because as I said it wasn’t for me and you always also did not give me one, but I’m sure you can look the order up on your system, There was also an apple pie and a strawberry cream on the order to make it easier to find it

I asked and paid for a mocha iced not water downed coffee if your workers can’t comprehend enough to make the a mocha iced coffee then don’t bother offering it to customers

It was a good experience. We stopped here while traveling. I had leftovers from last night so I ate that, but I did eat a few of husband’s fries. They seem to be fresh & perfectly salted. We’re happy to see that lately our mcdoubles aren’t smashed.

Update: Not a bad visit. Fries and chicken weren’t very warm. It seems that order arrangers don’t take good care to make sure the containers are shut while they are getting everything together. But overall, it was good. I tried the s’mores Mcflurry & not that it was bad, I just didn’t care for it much. It was 2 minutes to get our order after it moved to “now serving.”

Probably the slowest and worst service I’ve gotten at a McDonalds. The soda fountain area was dirty, the tea was dripping on the counter, there were no straws at the fountain either. The cleanliness of this restaurant needs to be improved.

I had a disappointing experience at McDonald’s, warranting a one-star rating. The fries were completely saltless, lacking the signature flavor that defines McDonald’s fries. Additionally, I witnessed staff members engaging in bickering, which created a tense atmosphere. The argument escalated to the point where one staff member confronted another about their attitude, leading to an uncomfortable situation for customers. Overall, the lack of seasoning on the fries and the visible conflict among staff members made for an unpleasant dining experience.

Our cashier was super sweet and tried to help us get our coupon to work. I don’t recall her name but she had very cutely colored hair. Wait was a bit but they were clearly busy and working through orders as fast as possible with as many people as they had on shift. One of my better experiences at a McDonald’s.
