Paid 3.89 on top of the $4 i paid for the sandwich. The lady in the red shirt, mixed, on night shift was overly rude because i asked for cook to order fries and they were cold rolled her eyes at me. Waited in drive up line for 26 min. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers at drive up. Got home and found out we got 2 single cheeseburgers. But I was charged for doubles. Just sad, cashier says full staff just nobody doing there job. Where is management?

I am writing to report an issue with the customer service I experienced at your location. During my recent visit, three female employees—who were smoking near the entrance—displayed unprofessional behavior that negatively affected my experience.
Not only was it unpleasant to walk through cigarette smoke on my way into the restaurant, but the employees also seemed inattentive and uninterested in assisting customers. This created an unwelcoming environment and did not reflect the standards I expect from McDonald’s.
I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure better customer service and a more professional atmosphere for future visitors.

Unprofessional staff and disrespectful behavior. Service was slow and incorrect. I understand we were there at peak hours, but there was no need to give poor quality service for that. Not a “customer first” mindset. Seems like other reviews have similar experiences, so this location should be checked out to ensure a more welcoming experience to future customers.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. We came up to IL for an early Christmas from TN and we were heading back home. We thought we’d grab a quick bite to eat and hit the road. It took between 35-40 minutes to get our food. It was not a special order or anything. About the time I was gonna ask for a refund and go elsewhere, they brought our food. The dining room was freezing! Our teeth were chattering while eating! We will never go back to this location.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Took over 25 minutes for our food, 3 other families came in after us ordered and got their food before we did. Was a to go order but they put it on a tray, thy forgot one of our sandwiches, and the fries were cold. No one apologized for the wait or forgetting our sandwich. We will not be back to this location

Waited 20 minutes after we ordered and had to stand in the manager’s way in order to get her to address the issue. She then started making our order after many others who ordered after us had been served. The order came out wrong and when we address it with her again she coped an attitude.

It was 3am and I was shocked they our hometown McDonald’s was open. My son and I were coming back from taking our pup to emergency animal hospital, and we were starving. Got our and drinks quickly and everything was perfect and HOT.

Went through the drive through at 4pm. Drive through was so slow I was left with very little time to eat on my 30 minute lunch break. Waited over 20 minutes with only me and 2 other cars in line, just to finally get my food and the bun was old and hard.
