UPDATE: BLOOD IN THE FRENCH FRY box. I spoke to an assistant manager on 2/23 and was informed that a GM would call me today. They have not. I tried calling the location- the line just rings out. This location has violated health and safety regulations and endangered my family. I will be escalating this.

If I could give 0 stars i would. The GM makes the place a horrible atmosphere because she’s constantly screaming at her employees to go faster like they’re in a boot camp. Not to mention she does some very illegal work practices as a manager I’m sure a the law would love to know about.

Typical McDonald’s, the ice cream machine is never working. I’m usually there at lunch time, which is optimal time to have your equipment up and running, and it’s always broken down. At least the past 5 visits have been unsuccessful with the ice cream machine. They make the food well and are usually pretty quick about it, but are not very personable or friendly. Other than that, pretty much your average McDonald’s.

Waited half an hour in total in line and waiting for my food for an online order sounds pretty simple besides the wait time. Everyone was very short and was coming off rude and looked so confused when I said I had a mobile order. Got home and not a single thing that I ordered was right. Great job guys

It was 10:40am when we arrived at this place and placed our order I mean it’s not rush hour just jet, but my burger seems to just be done in a hurry, that mayonnaise does not go on the edge as far as I know, I mean I guess this is fast food as we know it.

Big Mac was cold. Asked for no pickles to see if I would get a fresh sandwich. Nope pulled the pickles off an old one and tried to cover it up with a whole handful of shredded lettuce. 10 dollars wasted.

All McDonalds should realistically be the same quality, however, this is never the case. This particular McDonalds during this visit provided a very hot and fresh double quarter pounder which is the most underrated fast food burger.

I was treated with disrespect, profiled and was verbally abused by an employee named Sheila. Who works in the drive through window taking orders and money, their “camera” is down and my 10k pound truck isn’t big enough to set off the sensors so I’ve waited while 5-10 people get served in the other line. The doors are always locked and there is no inside ordering or eating.

They let the employees eat while working, and talk on their phone while on the clock. I even saw some of the employees put hamburger buns down without gloves on.

Ordered Quarter Pounder with Cheese with no mustard and no ketchup. Expected to wait. Food came out cold. Had to take it back so it could be microwaved. When it was hot, it was great.
