The little girl working drive through this morning needs to be talked to about her attitude. You cant be nasty to people just because you feel like it. She never took my order even though she took the next lanes order who pulled up like 3 minutes after me. So I pulled to the window. She was so rude, she told me to go to the next window. I told her she didnt take my order. She says “yes I did now go to the next window” and walks away. At the next window is who I assume is her manager (who was very polite mind you) she tells me that she in fact did NOT have an order from me. I have all of this on video by the way. Anyway, she takes my order and has me park to wait for it. When she brings out my food she apologizes. I appreciate her for that. Thats how you treat people
You do not ignore people because you dont feel like working today. This is insane 0/10 DO BETTER

I drive past this store to go to a good McDonald’s. For FIVE YEARS this location has had nothing but negative reviews. For FIVE YEARS this location has failed hundreds of times every single day.

It is obvious McDonald’s does not care. The manager of this location should feel shame about this store. Even with the already low expectations assigned to McDonald’s, this manager is a dismal failure.

There are two locations within a 5 minute drive from this one. The world would be an objectively better place if they closed this location. It isnt like anyone here actually works.

I only got one of the items I ordered. The chicken was so black and burnt. I couldn’t eat it.

Mcdonald’s sent my complaint to the franchise owner and I never heard back. What a joke. Don’t ever go to this location. Guess I’m out $20. Lesson learned.

No one can hear anything over the headsets.
Only one window…. During the day

Hasbrown at least redropped twice.
Coffee was actually tasty and not burnt so I’m not mad…. Just disappointed

Only thing good about McDonalds is that the food is engineered to taste good.

Only thing good about THIS McDonalds is that it’s on the way to work in case I’m behind. I will start going out of my way.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I’ve run out of patience with this location. Tonight was the worst experience I’ve had a fast food restaurant in a very long time. I saw my bag of food sit waiting for something for 15 minutes. When the staff finally appeared they put my two unsweet teas in the bag. So I was waiting 15 minutes for tea? One tea didn’t have ice and was warm. No straws in the bag. AND they didn’t give me my burger. So I had the privilege of paying for food I didn’t get, was late to where I was going and had to throw out one of the drinks.
The staff was having a blast and smelled strongly of marijuana. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS

UPDATE – McDonalds Customer Care reached out and took my information and sent it to the restaurant. They said the local restaurant would reach out. It’s been 12 days and I have yet to hear from them.

I’ve been there when business was slow and service was ok. Problems happen when drive through is ignored. Drivers are completely ignored on one of the two lanes. Some drivers have to wait ten minutes before they are acknowledged. I have seen some exit the drive thru line to go inside to even be served. They need to try harder or at least make sure the workers are trained better.

DO NOT GO HERE EVER! I very rarely ever post a bad review, I will do so only if a place is truly deserving of it. We were passing through tonight and my blood sugar was low so I submitted an order through the app thinking we could just swing through here, pick it up and be right back on our way. That’s how it SHOULD have gone.

When we pulled in at 9:45pm, there was 1 car at each speaker in the drive thru with no one else in front of them so we pull in behind one and wait. And we wait, and we wait…over 5 minutes waiting behind this car and no one has taken their order. Finally they pull ahead and we get to the speaker. The woman said “Give me a minute.” That minute ended up being more than 5 minutes. We already ordered through the app. All we wanted to do was give our code. I’m checking the app to see if we can transfer our order to another store, or cancel, or call customer service. No, no and no. Since we already paid, we are stuck waiting here. Finally after more than 10 minutes of waiting here, we give our code and pull forward. There are 2 cars ahead of us at the window, the same 2 that were at the speaker when we pulled in. While we waited, I was looking at all of the terrible reviews this place has received with the same issues of rudeness and length of time spent waiting and wishing I had seen this before ordering here.

By the time we got up to the window, 45 minutes have passed. The lady at the window didn’t greet us and asked what we ordered. Seriously?! We tell her our order and she grabs a bag, shoves it out the window at us and hands us an orange drink. We didn’t order any beverages. I quickly check the bag. It was missing 2 pies but at this point I didn’t really care so we left. I have never in my life sat in a drive through waiting for 45 minutes!! Thankfully, as a Type 1 diabetic, I had something with me to bring my sugar back up. If I didn’t and was stuck here waiting for 45 minutes, I would have literally died!

These people are rude and they clearly do NOT care at all. We don’t pass through here very often but we will for sure NEVER come to this location ever again. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable! They aren’t deserving of 1 star but unfortunately I can’t give zero stars.

Went this morning to get their bagel which I love btw and I was told to hold on a second. Which after a few minutes pass another car pulls up and gets to order right away. So I thought maybe I was in the wrong lane. Nope just endlessly waiting. And another car pulls up and orders right away. I am behind them another couple minutes hold. I won’t be back just making y’all aware stay away during breakfast, the most important meal of the day didn’t come my way.

We are currently in the drive thru. We have been here for 45minutes at the speaker. We ordered early online and already paid or we would have left. This is the third time this has happened at this location. Last time the food smelled like weed, and was thrown in the bag cold and not even put together. Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to, by far. Unfortunately it’s the one closest to us.

There are over a dozen cars sitting here, assuming everyone else already paid as well.
