Fries were hot, chicken nuggets were fresh. There was extra sauce in the bag AND they actually gave me napkins unlike any other McDonald’s I’ve been to recently. The drive through worker was nice. I’ll be back. I hope it’s as good next time!

I’ve been to this location many times and was always dissatisfied with the service, although the food was still good. The service on my visit today on the other hand was the complete opposite, thanks to Samira in the drive-thru. She was exceptionally polite and over the top friendly! As a former employee, I know the drive-thru is one of the least desirable positions and yet her professionalism and friendliness shined through to make for a wonderful visit.

Burger — average.
Fries — fresh and hot, but no salt. Fail.
10 Pc — I’d swear my first born it they were under a heat lamp for 6 hours straight. Literally disintegrated into powder when chewing. (Ate 2 of the 10…) and there went a wasted reward for nothing.
Service — pretty sure the only words said to me were “2nd window” as even the greeting wasn’t a human so it doesn’t count.
One and done at this Mickey D’s….

I’ve never before seen Mc Donald’s workers with so much friendliness, helpfulness, and good cheer, especially at the drive thru. It made me smile to be waited on by them. The food on the other hand, had a funny taste to it. Not spoiled, but old and not very flavorful.

I ordered an iced coffee and a Dr Pepper in the mobile app. I waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes. Finally as I approached the second window, there were 3 employees just standing around horse-playing. One of them tried to hand me an order that wasn’t mine. I kindly explained to them I had the mobile order. So then she asked me to pull forward to reserved drive thru curbside spot. I waited there for another 15 minutes before we finally went inside. They hadn’t even started it yet. Had to wait another 8 minutes inside, asked for the manager who clearly didn’t care, and just walked away when I was talking to him. If anyone knows who owns this franchise please let me know so I can contact them directly.

Honestly, I have never had worse service at a McDonald’s. I watched several people leave because of the same employee, families getting aggravated because it took forever and the orders were completely wrong. The person who took our order was rude. Not just to us (same employee). A lady in line before us was waiting 15 minutes at least, to pay. She ordered and was waiting to pay because the kiosk wouldn’t let her. All around horrible experience. Not coming to this location again. No one at the restaurant even acknowledged anyone there. The lady was just staring at people waiting for them to notice. My wife is blind. Shes not going to see you staring at her making faces.

I wish I could give a .01 star because 1 feels generous. I went through the drive thru the other day and ordered a cheeseburger and cookies. The cheeseburger was stale and cold when I got it and then I was told to move to a waiting parking spot for the cookies. Cookies baked at home take 10-12mins, tell me why I was there for 20mins before my husband ran in to check on the order. They were still in the oven and he said the back reeked of weed. We ended up leaving without waiting any longer because of the time they had already wasted and horrible service we were given.

I ordered a 10 piece medium combo and paid around $11 and they gave me 6 piece nugget box. If I were to order the 6 piece meal (medium combo) with the ice tea and bottle of water the total would have been around $8.00. I spent around $11 for about half the meal that I had ordered. I called the restaurant several times late last night and no one answered. Can I still get the difference back for what that actual order would have been for the 6 piece meal with the drinks I ordered last night? If I paid around $11 I should have gotten a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. $11 for a 6 piece meal does not make sense. I would like to get the difference back around $5.00. That was expensive for 6 nuggets.
