Some of the rudest employees I have ever met. I placed an order for curbside. It was a 6 piece McNugget meal with a medium sweet tea. I waited 15 minutes for them to bring it out no big deal they were busy. A lady brought it out to me and I noticed she didn’t have my drink. I asked her if that was my order and she said yes. I said “it’s missing the drink” she said “there was no drink on the tag on the bag” I attached the image of the tag on the bag. I said yes ma’am it is I can also show you the receipt on my phone.” She popped her gum and rolled her eyes and said “oh my god.” Not the first time something has been forgotten or someone has been rude here.

Staff can be rude when u drive threw the drive threw Girl said what did u say and I had said it like 3 times. Then she got my order wrong, she sounded like she was mad , but it wasn’t what I wanted, I feel like some people are just there for a check, then some of the staff is really sweet!!

Visited inside during breakfast hours. It was pure chaos and no leadership. The right hand did not know what the left hand was doing. Workers with long hair did NOT have their hair properly tied back or covered. The same workers who are making our food.

I ordered ahead and paid through the app. By the time I got to the pickup window, 40 minutes later, they still hadn’t even started the coffee, so I had to wait. Then when they brought it out to me, they forgot the cream and ice. I had to go in and put it in myself. I have a knee injury which was the point of going through the drive thru in the first place, otherwise I would normally not mind. Although, they were busy. But no more so than any other McDonald’s.

So. The previous Monday I ordered what I always ordered and they asked me to pull up I did. They brought out cold fries. I got out my car stepped back nto the drive thru for hot fries. SO TODAY I DID THE SAME THING. THEY ASKED ME TO PULL UP I SAID FOR WHAT LAST TIME I DID YALL BROUGHT ME COLD FRIES. SHE YELLED ITLL TAKE 3 MINUTES AND I SAID ILL WAIT. I CALLED n the store to talk to the manager and they REFUSED TO GIVE ANY NAMES AT ALL PLUS THEY HAVE NO NAMETAGS ON. I’m very disappointed! I ordered at the Center Grove Rd. Location through the app and didn’t inform me that it was closed so when my bf went to get the food it informed him when he parked that it was closed temporarily. He made the order for this location. I understand with the inconvenience this location would be busy but they forgot my daughter happy meal. A little upsetting, but no biggie, will just call and inform them I cant come up there since my bf was about to head to work, hence why we did a pickup order. When I got through, a lady answered and gave her the information which to her response was “What do you want me to do about it?” Usually they would just get your name and phone number for you to come in and get your order a different day but with her attitude I just asked for a refund and she said I’d have to go through the mobile app which said I’d need to through the store to have them give me a refund. As well as my bf entering the lobby to, assuming it was the MOD, she was yelling at employees. This isn’t the first incident ive had here. Highly unprofessional. Will not be returning to this location again!

I ordered a double cheeseburger with mac sauce only. When I went through the line I was given a double cheeseburger with ketchup only. I called, I was very understanding and polite. I told whomever answered the phone about my order. I went back and they remade my order. So for my extra .40 cents, I got a teaspoon of mac sauce. This is why I usually just ask for my money back when my order is wrong. Some days you can’t get a win.
