Went through the drive thru this afternoon and got a cold and raw quarter pounder. I get things happen and I didn’t have time to go back to the restaurant so I was going to call to at the least let them know they are selling undercooked/raw meat to people. So I call and say ‘hi I just came through the drive thru-‘ I get cut off by the woman on the phone hanging up on me. I hope they fix whatever issues they’re having at this location.

I waited for almost 30 min inside for my two meals that I asked for it to be cooked to order never got my receipt but the one on the boxes. Normally I don’t have that issues it’s normally hot I even watched the worker put cold nuggets in my box and not cook to order. Staff was nice but I know they get busy but if your paying for food then it should be hot.

This was McDonald’s in east Alton Illinois. At 9pm on 2-13-26. Was paying for everything and the girl popped her head into where I was handing the money and she screamed “NO SHAKES!!” like what was the reasoning to scream it? Very Unprofessional. Do better!!! We’ve stopped going to Bethalto and Alton McDonald’s completely thinking that East Alton would be better. Nope. So I guess we get to go to the next town. Oh well.

Idk when we started putting a HALF a slice of cheese on the fish filets but that’s crazy as hell. Fries were soggy. The lady with the earpiece didn’t even listen to the order that was said. Shout out to the nice lady that handed me my food and gave me the right sauces I asked for

I went to get my usual, bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a coffee and when I went to eat my sandwich there was a hair in it. They also made my coffee way too sweet and didn’t mix everything together.

My food was terrible. There was no line. It was not even busy so I’m assuming I was just given old food that was thrown together by the looks and the taste of it. It’s hit or miss with this McDonald’s. All of my burgers were not at all warm & definitely not made correctly. I had a half a piece of cheese on a big Mac and the top part had completely nothing with these dry patties. I just wish people would slow down and take the time to make someone’s food like you would want yours made. Sincerely an unhappy customer.

Don’t go inside for anything, they only care about the drive through and they do a bad job at that too. I went inside for an ice coffee because the line was long, just to watch all the cars leave and my drink to sit in the back for an extra 5 minutes because they don’t pay attention to the front at all. And my drink is not even full.

Came through drive-through asked for two large sweet teas no ice and a large fry fry was cold. Both of the teas were so watery. There was zero flavor and super over sweetened took them back in for the worker to hand me two empty cups with no way to put drink in them. Manager then gave me two sprites full of ice that I did not want McDonald’s service and product are horrible. Think I’m gonna take an extended break and patronize other better establishments.

Just wanted some ketchup with my order but the blonde girl working at 11pm slammed the door in my face after handing me my bag without letting me get a word in. I waited for 3 minutes to get some ketchup but I had to drive off because she refused to open the window again
