Since their phone is not working I guess I’ll leave a review. I ordered a Mcdouble only Mac sauce and shredded lettuce. Was missing the cheese.. please train your employees properly. Cheese still comes on a Mcdouble if it’s plain so why would this be any different?

North of 50% of the time our orders are wrong. The average wait time is over 10 minutes with bad examples being 20 plus. It’s embarrassing. The singular reason this store is still getting business is there is no competition around here. It’s so sad what this McDonald’s has become and the town talks about it don’t think it’s a few disgruntled people

I understand everyone has bad days, and I try to keep that in mind. But I’ve had several experiences with rude employees at this location, and sometimes wait 10-15 minutes for my food. With the prices they’re charging, it’s not worth it anymore for poor customer service and long wait times.

Was just there and you tried yo serve me a drink that I clearly watched the employee put his hand into the side of the cup touching the ice before moving it over to be filled with tea. That was disgusting! Glad I got it and had a new one made. You need to train your workers better.
