Love McDonald’s but I have not seen such a poor service like this one.
On the top of everything they keep their doors to lobby locked. And do not watch whether there’s somebody on the door waiting to come in or not. I had to wait 10 minutes by the door until somebody graciously opened it. I don’t know how this location sustained by limiting their customers access to the location.
When I made a point to the young gentlemen that is very senseless and inconvenient for customers to wait gentleman how bad is for the business to make the customers waiting by LOCKED front door he arrogantly replied – do you want to watch the kids?. So much for a good customer service.

ordered through the app, but your dining room suddenly closed without notice. When that happens, my order gets canceled and I lose access to the deal I used for about 15 minutes. That leaves me standing outside waiting for no reason — especially since the lobby is closed and the only option is the drive-thru. If a customer doesn’t have a car, we’re basically stuck. This is extremely inconvenient and needs to be addressed.

they always have the doors locked. if you place a counter pickup order and have already paid for it in the app, you’re screwed. it happens 75% of the time i try to go here. could be 11am, 1pm, 4pm, 7pm, doesn’t matter. at least have an employee standing at the door to hand people their orders or turn off the counter pickup option on the app if that’s how it’s going to be. it’s unfair to pay for the food and walk all the way there for literally nothing

So their lobby hours says their hours says their lobby is open until 9pm (I was there at 8:10-8:15ish) but they keep closing early. I went there and that they were close so I call and ask if it was okay for me to order two drinks bc that’s all I needed and that I don’t have a car and I asked them if u should go thru the drive thru to order the drinks and the girl says no that she will come to the door and let me in bc I’m only getting two drinks. I say okay and waited 15min in the cold and called multiple times. The girl answer the call and acted like she dint speak English which offended me bc I speak Spanish and English and I don’t do that to customers bc is very disrespectful. She also proceed to open a bag and make it seem like there was bad reception mind you I’m seeing all this happening thru their window while still on the phone and then she proceeded to put the phone down and not hang up and talk bad about the person on the phone (me). I love that McDonalds and in always going there and this is the first time I felt uncomfortable and mistreated at this location. She did not have to do all that, she could had just answer the phone and tell me that I was unable to come inside and I would had understood but instead wanted to act like a child and be disrespectful. I’m very offended by her behavior when she acted like she dint know English and to top it off she’s a manager there too. Great customer service!

We ordered before they were even close to closing and we got here and the guy working the window told us they were closed till we showed the order number. He told us one second and went and hid and is still hiding at 11:06. We’ve been here over 20 minutes.

When you pick and choose to open the dining room, it’s not fair for those that don’t have a car and already ordered on the app. It’s not fair that the dining room is closed and only the drive-through is available. It’s only when they pick and choose. Whoever is the manager, I guess maybe you should take a note of the time so that maybe you can save yourself a trip walking to a restaurant that’s closes their doors to you

Ordered here the other day under my husband’s account. We were supposed to get the monopoly stickers with our order (3 stickers all together) and didn’t get any. My husband asked what they were going to do about it and they basically acted clueless. If you are going to do something like that make sure you don’t run out of supplies until the “game” is over. If anything I believe it should be a thing where you scan your receipt and have a code sent to your phone number or email. Or even make it just an online thing. This is typically our favorite McDonald’s. Friendly people (usually), short waits, and they (usually) are more than willing to fix/replace part of your order.

misleading information if you guys are open at six and I come at 7 AM to the drive-through. I don’t understand why no one answers the drive-through at all and it’s not just a one time thing. It’s a consistent thing if you are not open turn the lights off.
