Went through the drive-thru the only time I go to McDonald’s is several times for the Shamrock Shakes winter today for the first one of the season just ordered a small didn’t notice until I took off going down the road leaving town that they only filled the cup halfway with a shake the rest was whipped cream I totally got ripped off plus I asked them not to fill the cup until I got to the window to pick it up because otherwise I sit in line and it gets runny and you guessed it it was runny so I will not ever get the Shamrock Shakes there again I will take my business to Wendy’s and get their frosties because right now they have thin mint frosties which are delicious

We stopped here for a quick bite enroute to a State Park near Clinton, IL. It is about 1.5 miles from the freeway but the plus is you end up getting a fresh sandwich because it’s always busy.
Landen was personable and provided excellent service from our order and prompt delivery to our table. He was very friendly and calm even though it was super busy. (Thanks Landen!)
We ordered the spicy deluxe McCrispy chicken sandwiches which arrived hot. I didn’t know but the sandwich consists of a whole chicken breast that’s bigger than the bun! It’s a well balanced sandwich and the heat is in the sauce but it’s not too spicy. You can always request sauce on the side.
The large facility has lots of parking, plenty of nice seating areas in the dining area and clean bathrooms are always a plus!

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with extra pickles and a kids meal. Got two cold cheeseburgers. Cheese wasnt melted at all. Had no extra pickles. So little ketchup and mustard I had to go get more. Didn’t get the kids meal, they literally put a box of nuggets on the tray and nothing else. Fries were cold and unsalted. I asked for the rest of our kids meal and they were so confused and tried giving me more cheeseburgers instead? Plus the kids meal drink was the wrong size. I gotten messed up orders before but it’s crazy that every aspect of this meal was incorrect. With just a “sorry bout that” as they are already walking away.

This jerk asked me what I wanted to order, I said “give me a second” he walked away and never came back, I asked if he was going to help that I was ready. He responded “ain’t taking her order, I’m about to leave! Stared at me 4 different times and did NOTHING! He’s still just standing there doing NOTHING!! Bad service at this dirty McDonalds!

Every visit something is wrong with the order here. Prices and wages keep going up in fast food, but obviously the food and service have gone the opposite direction. I ordered the spicy snack wrap meal and received the ranch snack wraps this time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is filthy and disgusting. Workers got mad and have attitudes when we asked for a lid due to no lids being over at the soda machine. Then the soda machine was filthy and covered with soda everywhere. The tea taste like its been sitting and needs changed. Defenitly would not recommend coming here..

I had a great experience visiting this place. I accidentally left my wallet with documents and money at the table, when I came back three days later the employees gave it back to me and everything was inside as I left it, great employees work there, now I will be a regular customer with good tips. Done going there. EVERY SINGLE TIME SOMETHING IS MISSING! Just ordered big breakfast with hotcakes and 1 EXTRA syrup. Ended up with 1 syrup ZERO butter. Charged me for an extra syrup but cant figure out how to put it in the bag? Place is definition of careless.

Food was decent, workers were nice. I did happen to come in while a staff meeting was happening. I believe one of the owners was there, she was an older dirty blonde and she was talking about how the workers need to make the place friendly, but the lady was cussing while customers were in the building. I was here with my child and wasn’t impressed by the hypocritical behavior. If your workers can’t cuss, then why can you? Especially with customers and children in the lobby. Very immature of these owners, corporate will be hearing about this.
