I eat at McDonald’s once every 5 years or so. It’s a rare treat often born of convenience. My quarter pounder with cheese was exceptionally good and the lady who took my order was exceptionally pleasant. I may just make a habit of stopping by this location the next time I travel the same route.

We have ate here many times. The service has always been pretty good. The only reason we go here instead if Arby’s is because they always give us a pup cup which our dog loves! Well today the general manager is there. Service was very slow, ordering and getting food and they no longer can give out pup cups. We will go to Arby’s from now on. Food is much better there!

Don’t know why this place is so hit or miss but lately it’s been all miss due to some either new workers, or people who just don’t know what they are doing. Ordered a medium mocha hot coffee….hands me a coffee cup with a normal drink lid on it for a straw. Asked if they were out of lids, told no….thats how they have always done it bc of needing room for topping. First time in 20 years I’ve ever been handed a coffee like this from McDonald’s and definitely the first time they have done it here in the year ive lived here. Smh….the black lid has that room and I can drink from it…. I can’t drink from a coffee cup with a straw lid. She said it with such confidence I had to drive away. Can’t argue with that low level of brain activity. Get it together.

Absolutely awful. We wait 30 minutes only to receive cold food. It was late in the evening and we were 2 hours from home is the only reason we didn’t turn around and complain. Biggest waste of $38 dollars

This McDonald’s need to be cleaned. Dirty bathrooms and lobby floor so dirty. Our burgers were terrible. Meat all dry and fries old not hot and fresh. We eat at many McDonald’s while traveling and this one is run terrible.

3 consecutive times was told to pull forward to wait 3 to 5 minutes for double cheese burger and small fries. Management seems to be disorganized and unprepared to handle evening (5pm cst) business flow.

We were dropped by the state police after our car slid into the ditch on I-74! The ladies at this location were very nice to us while we waited 2+ hrs for our ride. They deserve recognition…see below how they want out in the cold to help a senior citizen! So amazing.

Bus load of people walked in and watched the assistant manager run to the soda machines to fill her cup and run out the door. With teamwork like that, it’s no wonder this place is short staffed….
