The quality of my food always seems rushed but we have to wait forever to get it. As a 24/7 location it would be convenient if they posted their ice cream hours/when it’s going to be shut down. Also not sure why my nugget looked like this hahahaha gross

Went through the drive-through and ordered three double cheeseburgers plain with just Mac sauce they all came out with a sticker on them saying they were playing but they had everything on it. Tried to call and her phone number is not correct that they have listed

Went through the good ol drive thru… told them my order.. 3 times… got too the first window told them my order 2 more times and asked them if it came with 2 sandwichs.. got to the 2nd window asked if there was 2 sandwichs in the bag.. was told no… I told them I needed 2 sandwichs… told them I told my order 6 times and now 7 times… fries were cold and soggy.. got home.. had the wrong type of chicken on the sandwiches.. Im not sure if they need new batteries for their hearing aids or they just need too listen a hell of alot better

I wanted my 5 dollar meal deal fresh so I ordered at the counter. The manager who was working around 10:49 am on 07/06/24 wearing a red polo shirt was very rude. I placed 2 orders and from the beginning of the order she was rolling her eyes and giving me attitude. Instead of answering questions I asked I was given attitude with no acknowledgment. After checking our orders which included 4 drinks I went up and asked for 2 ranches and a drink carrier. She rolled her eyes and silently grabbed the drink carrier set it on the counter then walked away. I had to ask a lobby person for the ranches. I received 0 responses to my thank yous telling her to have a nice day; nothing. Very dissatisfied. If you aren’t happy with your job find a different one. Taylor the lobby girl on the other hand had a smile on her face and was very nice. Also the soap dispenser in the women’s restroom doesn’t work so I don’t even want to think about the handling of my food.

Today we went me and my boys to get his replacement a big Mac because the first time they give him the big Mac it only have the bun the meat in the onion so I called them and they told me to come back and replace them for free so we decide to grab it today and we got it with barbecue when I went to the drive-through. I told them that I have a replacement everything was going ok getting on the second window this boy not sure his name but it was Cody? I asked for the barbecue that it was with that replacement just one and he told me that I have to pay and I was like I don’t mind to pay it but when he said, I have to go around and pay for it and I told him no it’s not fair for me to go around and pay for a barbecue that you guys messed up my order and he was so rude. The first time he dropped it on the floor. The second time he gave it to me the barbecue in my hand so hard and that’s not being nice with the customers, you have to learn how to treat customers right I don’t understand something when they pull you over and they come out with the small basket and ask you he is your meal and then they say do you like anything else ketchup barbecue but they don’t charger you and it’s free. It doesn’t make sense honest !

I ordered a big breakfast w/no hotcakes. I asked that the order be made fresh. The first order was not fresh at all I had some egg that was kept in a warmer with sausage. I went back thru the drive thru and pointed out that egg was not fresh and could they remake the order. I waited several minutes to get the second order and it was no different than the first and the second order was to include an extra egg no extra egg. Never going back again
