The staff was very friendly and was quick at getting the food out to us. The bathrooms were pretty clean and since it was so cold outside their bathrooms were super warm which was nice. Food tasted exactly like what you think it would. Make sure you use the app so you can save money when you use your points. Seemed to be a pretty decent McDonald’s to me. However two complaints I had was we told them the tea was out they got us tea, but didn’t change the one that was out there. The other complaint is they didn’t have any receipt paper in the self ordering device thing.

Absolutely unacceptable.
I understand prices go up—but $23 for a 10-piece nugget meal and a Big Mac meal? That alone is pushing the boundaries of what anyone should be expected to pay for fast food. But for that price, you’d think I’d at least receive the bare minimum in return.
No napkins. One straw for two drinks. Fries dumped upside down in the bag like someone was in a rush to clock out. And the Big Mac? I specifically asked for no onions. The receipt confirmed it. The sticker on the box confirmed it. But what was actually in the sandwich? You guessed it—onions.
At this point, it’s not even about convenience anymore. It’s about basic competence. I know, I know—we’re all supposed to “check the bag” before we leave, right? But let me ask this: if we’re now expected to pay premium prices for what is clearly subpar, careless service, why should I also be forced to quality-check someone else’s job?
In school, we were taught to double-check our work before handing it in. In most professions, that’s called accountability. So why is it too much to expect the same from a fast food kitchen charging sit-down restaurant prices?
If this is the direction things are headed—sky-high prices with sloppy execution—then maybe fast food chains need a hard reset on their priorities. Because right now, the message being sent is loud and clear: We charge more, deliver less, and expect the customer to just deal with it.
Enough is enough!

Worst location in peoria. Waited 20 minutes curbside for a 4 piece happy meal. I only ordered here because the other locations were out of bbq. Had to go inside and it’s just sitting on the counter getting cold. Apparently I’m invisible too. Waited 5 minutes before interjecting that I need help. Everyone looks at me without care. Still no one’s gets it. I start complaining and then they go ti get my order. The boy, Javon, can’t even hand it to me. And there still wasn’t any bbq in the bag. He needs fired. He has been rude with every encounter and does not care. And not one person tried to apologize and name things better. Not even a manager. Never going to this location again.

One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had—and I’ve been to hundreds. Got there right at the breakfast-to-lunch switch and ran inside because the drive-thru line was a mile long. Once inside, it was clear why: total chaos. People were asking for refunds, walking out after 20+ minutes of waiting, or just staring at their food sitting cold on the counter. No communication, no urgency—just a complete mess. One employee even said she refuses to work Sundays because of how bad it gets. That pretty much says it all. My advice: avoid this place on Sunday mornings, or honestly, avoid it altogether.

I ordered and it took 35 minutes to make ready due to drive thru traffic. Whereas only few people inside the store. They should give equal priority to the visitors. We need more fish related items. Vegan people should be treated well. They should have separate kitchen section for vegan and no meat takers.

I made an order via the mobile app and asked for a mccrispy without pickle and to add mayo(charged for the mayo). The sandwich received had pickle and no mayo. Also for the filet o fish meal I asked for the fries to be lightly salted. Both orders of fries(had fries with the chicken sandwich) were regularly salted and overcooked. When I got to the first window the person was busy watching their iPad for several minutes. They finally looked up and said oh my bad didn’t see you there. When they went to hand me my order at the second window they almost forgot my hot tea until I reminded them. Also had to remind them I needed 2 Splenda. The cup I received was deformed and did not hold the lid(even asking for a 2nd lid). Thankfully I did not have far to drive so the hot water didn’t spill much.

Went there for the play area and heat was pumping so hot the kids literally couldn’t go up and play on it. Felt like a sauna and frankly feels like it was done on purpose. Crazy how hot it was in there.

I needed to ask an
Employee to wipe a table Off so we could dine in, but she happily and promptly took care of it. The store was busy for breakfast but we didn’t have to wait long.

The McDonald frappes don’t taste like frappes. They don’t know how to stir them. They don’t know how to make them extra thick when you want them thick. They’re always soupy + the help does not know the how to make the customer as far as the the food, accurate and right

Why am I having to wait every time I come here 30 minutes or over 30 minutes for one large fry. It’s really annoying when I pull up in over five minutes later a car will pull up and they’ll come out with their food with five kids meals how does that even happen? Terrible service I can’t even cancel it if I wanted to. I ended up pulling away and not even getting it terrible. This isn’t the first time this has happened either.
