Came on my lunch break. At 12 – ordered my things of kiosk and then waited in line for ever til I spoke up for someone to come and acknowledge the front counter. Seemed they all were focused on the drive thru line and don’t have a manager or cashier for front from what I’m assuming. I know they were busy – but one for one you got people coming for lunch on their break, 2 they are trusting you to feed them with quality and good food. I’m beyond upset with university Mc Donald’s. Not only was I in a hurry on lunch but I also offered to get a co worker there food for them. To get back to work and see the fries weren’t even cooked all the way through. Then on top of that I try and scam my monopoly go and it keeps saying “server error” like really mc ds get it together

I normally go to Western because I’m in a rush for work but I had placed a online order for the university location where it was very prompt and friendly, my food was so good for once. Today’s staff did a amazing job! I had ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit as well as absteak and egg McMuffin with a sweet tea, everything was perfect! It’s fast food yea but my steak sandwich and muffin was delicious.

This is the second time this has happened to me at this McDonald’s: I order a large frappé, and they give it to me with less than the full amount. This is because they run out of the ingredients for the correct portion, and out of laziness, instead of making a fresh one, they just give me what they have left, and it’s always short. This is the second time this has happened to me, and they don’t even bother to apologize or offer to make up for the missing amount. I hope a competent representative sees this comment so I can at least get a replacement frappé for what they’ve shortchanged me, because this is the second time this has happened, and the first time it was even more empty than today. I hope to receive a response to this comment, because it’s truly unfair that you pay for a certain quantity and the store gives you less.

I go here all the time,the food is good for fast food. Its not that clean inside. Some of the employees are goofy, I went there this morning before I went to work, and the light skinned black girl at the drive- thru made a smart remark, but I got her with kindness. I told her I like her hair. She blushed. Daszzam she FINE.

The woman running drivethrough alot does a great job. Unfortunately today, I got a deluxe crispy chicken sandwhich amoung other things. Get home so excited to eat and it’s a filet of fish patty on my chicken sandwich instead. Was only offered to leave my home again to come get the right sandwich with nothing that could make it right offered. After I get home and spend the gas to get back, it’s just not acceptable. Do better and have some respect for other people’s time and gas.

Drive thru customers get priority over in dining customers,is that where McDonald’s is getting their revenue
Let’s be honest,even the quarter pounder
takes 3 or 5 bites and it’s gone
You cannot place profit over customer satisfaction
McDonald’s should never be understaffed
One last thing, always acknowledge the customers coming in, it’s essential

My Husband went through the drive-thru. They handed him the wrong food in the bag. On top of that, when the crew member at the window gave him our shakes she handed him a vanilla and a chocolate. He had ordered a strawberry and a chocolate. He thought maybe his transition lenses were distorting the color and asked if the vanilla shake was a strawberry. She said yes. They were rude for the entire interaction and didn’t give us straws for our shakes. They also took the wrong food back through the window, which is against serve-safe requirements. Whether they threw it away or reserved it is unknown. Also. 2 pickled isn’t extra.

This McDonalds is by far the worst one in Peoria IL, not only are they not making the orders correct things are always not hot when you get it! My fries are NOT full if I want more fries thats a large hate to pull them out and it’s a medium inside a large box! You only get a squirt of ketchup and we don’t even want to go there with the amount of onions that supposed to be on the burger! And no I didn’t get napkins this time either! I usually come into McDonald’s and the cashiers avoid helping me. I have awful adhd and it’s so much easier to talk in person. The food was hot and out fast, but most importantly to me- the worker Kenneth Cook (I asked for his name)- immediately came over and helped me and did it with a smile on his face. A+ service please give him more money.
