Highly Disappointed I typically always come here and never have a problem. Staff is always Friendly & Upbeat⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.Tonight was different the waiter took our order we ordered a Brisket Quesadilla, when the food came out it was a chicken bacon Quesadilla we asked for it to be fixed the waiter. ️He then went back & forth with us telling us we order the chicken. He finally takes it back, I then take a bite of my sandwich and its ice cold ‼️I’ve never experienced that my food is always hot & Fresh, So I asked him if it could be remade & he had an attitude and said YEAH! Snatched it off the table & took it to the back. Baby listen I typically always order a dessert but NOT tonight I was ready to go ASAP Drinks sat empty for 10 Minutes. We did speak to a manager & she adjusted some of the issues.

Had an amazing meal here tonight with a good friend. Despite how busy it was the server was prompt, kind, and quick to both take our order and deliver it. The food was hot and fresh. I had wings and the trio sizzler fajita. Its always nice having an attentive waitress thats well balanced between checking in, fulfilling requests, and not over checking in. Definitely would eat here again. And hope you enjoy as much as I did. Very grateful for this experience. See you soon and God bless!

My steak was fatty, tough, and not very flavorful. It was cooked to my liking however. The vegetables were actually cooked properly and tasty.
Waitress was a friendly teenager but was inattentive. My drink ran dry many times and when asking for a refill to hook way too long. I asked for salt for my steak because the salt and pepper were not at the table; the waitress forgot and never brought it. By the time she came back I was finished my steak.
My wife did like her ribs but she upgraded from french fries to a side salad which overlook all right. Did not taste fresh and was very minimal.
I don’t think I will ever be returning. For the amount of money we ended up spending for our minimal meal, I would have preferred many other options.

My kids love Chili’s, but lately, every time I order online, something is missing. I usually don’t complain, but this time they went too far. They didn’t give me a salad, my food was cold, they forgot to give me a drink, and they said they didn’t have the drink I wanted, but they couldn’t even offer me a substitute. My husband went back, and only then did they give him the drink. When I looked for the salad, what a surprise, it wasn’t there, and to top it all off, the hamburger buns were burnt. I’m so upset.

My teenage some wanted the Triple Dipper because it’s the trendy thing on the TikTok, I guess. I had a veggie burger, it was ok. Wings ok, sirloin ok (this was a huge portion of meat, broccoli and potato if you are feeling hungry) and kid’s pizza not good. Server was attentive. Manager was ever-present and made sure things were running smoothly. Food came out a bit slow. Music was nice and loud which I like. The Triple Dipper was very good indeed which made my son very happy. Good cheese pull as the kids say. Good value compared to other restaurants of the sort.

We went around 3:30pm so it wasn’t busy at all. It’s a casual place – great to meet a friend, date, or take the family. I think our server’s name was Jerveys (sp?) I think, but she was awesome and so sweet! The food was good – we got chips & salsa (a bit salty but bottomless), brisket quesadillas, the Big Smasher Burger (which comes with thousand island sauce), and penne pasta with shrimp.

Sat at the bar last night with my wife for dinner and a drink.
The Good: Food was good, prices are reasonable, bartender was friendly, food came out timely.
The Bad: Bar was dirty, bartender never wiped off during the hour or more that we were there. No it was not busy, in fact there were only two other people at the bar. After they left it was just me and my wife. Dirty tables with dishes and glasses surrounded the bar. The bartender did not remove our empty plates either. If a manager was on duty they should be ashamed, their restaurant looked awful.

The food wasn’t good. Sorry let me rephrase that I had the steak and shrimp fajitas. My son went with the chicken sandwich and did not like didn’t even want left overs. Service was good enough was a dinner rush. Food took a long time. The drink specials were good.

I’m very disappointed with my visit tonight. My family and I ordered the same things as our last visit (which was really good quality wise then) and the bill was some how $20 more. I checked to see if there was anything accidentally added and there wasn’t, so I’m not sure why it was so much more. Not only was it more expensive this time but also the food quality was DRASTICALLY worse. The food was overcooked yet somehow cold and soda tasted like they haven’t changed the filter. Also, when we were seated, the host just tossed our menus on the table and left without saying anything. I don’t like being so negative when it comes to reviews, but this meal was definitely not worth the $90+ I just blew. The food was the same quality as TV dinner food. I don’t know if this is a location specific issue, but I doubt I will be coming back for a while, if at all. It’s not worth it. :/

Went out with my wife for dinner and had a very pleasant experience. First impressions were good. We were greeted when we walked in and were sat at a freshly cleaned booth. Bathroom facilities were cleaner and nicer than expected. Food was hot and well prepared. I was surprised by the size of the chips and salsa appetizer that came with the “3 for Me”. Appetizers and entrees were very good for the price. Our waitress was very pleasant and kind. Requested chicken instead of steak with our entree and they were generous enough to provide both at no additional cost. Not saying you should expect this same experience but I was surprised and impressed by the service. Overall a great experience and will return again in the future.
