Average at best.
Had to use the kiosk even though they weren’t busy. No one would take my order. So I ordered for diner in and took my order number 34 to put it on the table and didn’t complain.
Next thing I hear is someone yelling 34…order 34. I thought they were supposed to bring it to the table. So I got up and went to the counter to see no food. I ask about order 34 she hands me a bag even though it was dine in. No napkins in the bag, had to ask, fries are half full and looks like everything was just thrown in the bag. Soda wasn’t working in half the fountain servers.
Place needed to be cleaned up. Stuff on most tables, napkins and table order numbers.
Food was ok, but other than that it could of been a better experience.
Its 7pm and only one other person in the restaurant eating. If you have time to stand around and talk you’d think you could pick up a broom or wipe down a table.
Let’s try to do better McDonald’s

I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in literally years, because of wrong orders and poor quality of food preparation and managementthat wouldn’t make it right. For some reason I thought I would give them a try today. I had heard the Knoxville location was the best so I went there. It’s January 9th 2026 at 3.45 pm. There were 4 cars in the drive up. The gentleman at the first window took my money, didn’t say anything, not even a thank you. After all I am paying his wage at least say thanks. Now the second window was a younger lady, very nice, got my food, and thanked me and wished me a good evening, with a smile. She was the type of employee you want. The food was wrong. I ordered the 2 cheese burger deal. I belive it was a #9. Asked for it to be plain only cheese on the burgers. Well I got my bag from the wonderful second person and drove off. Well when I stopped to eat. The fries were undercooked, not soggy but edible. Now my two plain cheese only burgers well I guess they cant do that, because my burgers had ketchup, mustard. Pickles and onion. But thankfully I got the cheese. Well I guess I should have stayed away. Very disappointed. If this is the best McDonald’s in the area, I am glad I don’t own stocks in McDonald’s

We ordered 3 value meals and the fries where not cooked fully. We asked politely to have them replaced. The manager was not happy, they cooked us new fries, minus salt. They proceeded to throw salt packages into the fries. We threw the meal away. Also, all of the drinks were flat.

Went to pick up a mobile order through the drive through and got fries with some sauce cups. I was literally told I couldn’t have my sauce that I ordered on the app unless I payed for some at the store because “the app doesn’t charge you so we have to”. If I put in for delivery instead would I have gotten my sauce? Are you just not allowed to get sauce on the app anymore?

Absolutely the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. The hashbrowns were room temperature and the Sausage Egg and Cheese Mc Griddle was fresh and cold. The cheese was as cold as the Griddle buns. The manager waited on me so no one is to blame but him.

You need to strip the franchise owner of this location and any others that they own. It is absolutely horrible. They are a disgrace to your brand.

The fries are fluffed when they fill it and when you get to destination and they settle you are lucky to get half serving. Have complained and so have so many others so obviously it’s a big ongoing long time problem that they are not concerned about.Pics included of multiple visits. Also biscuits and gravy…very skimpy with gravy. If you are going to give me a hard biscuit at least have the decency to give me enough gravy to soften it.

Time for Easter gift cards for grandkids. Store is the same fast and hot fries.
Just got 2 gift cards and 1large fry. Took a little bit to get it but hot and fresh. They were very busy. They at least had more staff than another place I went to. Food is McDonald’s same as all the other ones. Which is the whole reason for stopping by you know exactly what to expect.
