Sad when we have to return after getting home and food is missing from your order. And it’s even worse when you have a damn manager yell at you and call you a liar over it. Food was cold (seems to be the norm for this damn place anymore). This place used to be good, now they have seriously gone done hill!!!!

Worse place ever. Kewanee took away being to refill your drinks and so far that’s the only one I’ve seen that does it. It’s always dirty and loud. Service use to be decent but now food is always cold and half the workers act like they hate their jobs and you.

Logan & Lexi were extremely polite and caring. Very clean. Customers were quickly waited on. Lexi, the manager, granted my special request to help a school raffle in the community. High five to this McDonald’s. I live in the Chicago area and those McDonald’s aren’t as nice, helpful, and caring as the Kewanee McDonald’s. Thanks Logan & Lexi for having a big heart. This is a great option for breakfast when you’re on the highway and don’t want to spend long grabbing something to eat. I pulled up to the speaker and was greeted by a very nice lady with a great personality. I ordered a steak, egg and cheese bagel was told to proceed forward. I was greeted by another friendly face And had my food within two minutes. It’s not very common to run into McDonald employees who are actually happy. Food is also fantastic and they even gave me napkins without having to ask.
