We were just passing through on our way home to Maine. The only time we eat fast food is for breakfast on road trips so I have limited experience admittedly. However this particular McDonald’s is far and away the best service we ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Nothing extraordinary was done they were just simply nice, food was prompt and made exactly as ordered and to top it off they packaged it incredibly neatly in the bag. They’re running a boot camp in there. Service has fallen far these days, but these guys stand out!

Ordered online and used drive thru. Ordered an unsweetened iced tea and a coke and fries. Pull out and discover its a sweet tea. Turn around and return. Go inside and the older lady behind the cash register said what do you want me to do…….really.

We waited 10 minutes for our food, which was a #10, a medium French fry, mcdouble, ketchup only and a 10pc nugget. The mcdouble was not right, had to go wait another 3 minutes or so to get a new one AND had to ask the cashier to go see why it was taking SO long.The chicken nuggets were not that great. Fries were fresh, that was nice. Went to the restroom, it was ok. The one stall door was locked and had to wait 4 other to open for my 3 year old to go. Then it was an employee and she said to have my daughter go under and unlock it. No, im not about to have my daughter crawling on a dirty bathroom floor!

The Mc muffins was the smallest I ever seen its a joke..with billions made,they skimp of the Canadian bacon looks a a thin slice of ham..really disagree with McDonald’s on cutting back probably why I don’t eat here,how much money do they need bring back the portions of the 80 s..never again a waste of money..
