I came here to try the new cookies and crème pie. I was quite disappointed. It isn’t very sweet and tastes kinda burnt. The middle is just gooey and tasteless. Overall not much flavor. It did smell good though. McDonald’s app and drive through pickup worked seamlessly.

Great customer service and the quality of food was good as well. Similar food as any other McDonald’s. There are touch screen monitors that you can use to order or if you prefer you can order directly at the counter as well. You can also order using the app and pick up the food at the counter or drive through. There is a drive through outside. Plenty of tables to eat inside. There is also a few tables outside. Place is clean and well maintained.

This is my second and time coming to this location. The system for mobile apps doesn’t work properly. When showing the employee the apps promotions. Employees will not even try to help. So much for customer service! From the leadership in the evening hours and all employees underneath them. They need customer service training. Went to a different location and had no problems. Only this location has issues, and the corporate level needs to address it. You will lose customers!

This place routinely gets my coffee order wrong, with a correct label on the outside. When you try to get in the building, all doors near the drive thu are locked. This is not a good way to start your day. BEWARE AND CHECK YOU ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE WINDOW!!!

Ordered a triple with no cheese and a smoothie through the McDonalds app. Burger came out with cheese on it, in spite of the slip taped to it that said “no cheese”. Went in and asked for a replacement, replacement was dripping with grease … My large smoothie was a very very light pink, and tasted watered down like they majorly skimped on the smoothie mix and made up for it in ice.
