Came like 5:07A.M so I decided to to get Hot Chocolate with my pancakes order and got home and forgot my Hot cocoa at the car and came to it I drink a good amount and tasted weird open it and saw these. Came to McDonald spoke to the manager which I forgot to ask her name 12/25/25 at 2:20pm and she say I don’t know what to say the machine make I was that’s milk means you don’t check the Milk. Didn’t came to get none free I’m a BK not Micky D. But for healthy don’t do these B.S

Hadn’t came in months and I was craving a nice good coffee this morning and forgot they had $1 any sized coffees on the app, so I decided to give it a try! Forgot how good their caramel iced coffee is.. they made it perfectly balanced not too sweet not too bland!

Staff needs to be retrained. The young lady that was on headset didn’t know you can put apple juice in your fish meal. I had to repeat my order three times and yet they were confused on my order that they had to take my receipt on the second window. Young man needs to double check bags because I did not receive my apple juice. Without looking inside of my bag, I ask the dude if there was apple juice inside my bag. He says yes. I TRUSTED this employee and hate to not have my apple juice once arrived at home. I tried and called for a refund older lady hung up rude as hell. If you don’t want to do it at least lie and say you guys don’t do that INSTEAD hanging up.

I placed an order through the app for a Quarter Pounder without cheese. After an excessive wait, I finally received my order—only to find they gave me a Quarter Pounder with cheese. I politely asked one of the staff members to remake it correctly. The Quarter Pounder usually comes with lettuce and tomato, and I had also requested extra onions and pickles. As you can see from the picture, what I got was just onions and pickles with ketchup and mustard—no lettuce, no tomato, and still not what I asked for. Overall, the service was disappointing. This happens more times than if like to admit. Management do better.

The girl at the first window was great. Asked when I picked up the food this isn’t the first time if the dipping sauce was in there, they say yes and it’s not in there or I get something. I didn’t order. They need to get their act together when they fill the orders. And I never met a McDonald’s. They ran out of hamburgers or ran out of kids toys for the happy meals, horrible.

This place is the damn worst I had place order online and was told to pull up and then they say one of the orders wasn’t available anymore so I asked what else can I get because I was already in line for a long time and these people just walked away so I’m thinking they are going to make something or idk we waited 10 min while someone was walking out with people order and I’m waiting in the car with my two kids hungry and I honk and they said oh it’s not available I said okay so can I order something else my kids are hungry and we waited in line for 10 min plus another 10 min in the window waiting for someone ti say something they said no u have to get back in line and order because we can’t order at this window and the manager Maria was even worst couldn’t even let me order since I had already waited for twenty minutes so then to just say no it’s Christmas morning and they literally irritated me on how horrible they treated me including the manager on Christmas morning just because your mad you have to work on Christmas morning doesn’t mean you have to treat anybody like that! And this isn’t the first time Maria has been rude then we also left with the first order of food cold just waiting for someone To tell us no !

Tried to go thru the drive thru. The intercom was not working, sat there for 10 minutes and no one took my order. Had to go around the store to go to the other intercom for someone to take my order. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and got a plain biscuit? Had to go back around to the intercom to get my order fixed, just to FINALLY make it to the food window and they looked at me sideways and asked what I ordered. When I just told them at the intercom. Also noticed the ‘chef’ taking orders, receiving payment, and making the food with NO gloves on… So, food contamination much? That how food poisoning happens!! This whole ordeal took 45 MINUTES! It’s not rocket science? It’s freaking McDonald’s

New Years Day. Ordered through the app around 6:00 pm, they decided to close the lobby and asked me to come through the drive thru. I know it’s just a mckchicken and a small but if you gon close the lobby then make sure the app knows. This McDonald’s is literally the worst! It was great the first year it opened, then after that it went downhill. The staff is always extremely rude with stink faces as though they hate their lives and God forbid you tell them they forgot something or ask for something else, they have the worst attitude about it as though it’s your fault they messed up. In all the years we’ve gone here they mess up our order or forget something EVERY TIME. The only reason we keep going is because it’s closest to us but the level of service should have caused a shut down by now.
