Horrible experience. Management and staff literally can’t read English. That’s why they always get the orders wrong. Then when I brought the burgers to show the manager, she threw away two of the burgers, and then showed me the top of of another burger saying is was correct. I had to rip it apart and made her take the ones out of the garbage so I could show her the mistakes. Just don’t waste your time here, there are so many reviews and it doesn’t look like McDonalds cares what is going on here either, never going back here or to any other, can only imagine how McDonald’s handles the rest in the area. Place already smells of negligence. The taco place across the street is best.

Raw chicken nuggets really? This is a health concern, especially because this was a kids meal. I tried calling to let the restaurant know so they can fix their fryer, I didn’t go back or wanted them replaced, I wanted to help by calling but they can’t even answer their phones which is what got me mad. Shame

whether it’s busy or empty, drive thru or counter top they never get your order right. EVER! idk why it’s so hard for them to just do their jobs. go to any other mcdonald’s except this one

Literally a terrible McDonald’s. At the drive thru, we had to repeat our order 4 times and they still did not get it right. When we went up to the window, the food came out messed up, and the drinks slightly spilled. Then we went back to get all of the stuff we missed, and they said they would fix it. They still did not get it right. Would not recommend.

I’m really upset by the service I got this morning at this McDonald’s location. I was inside to order me some breakfast because this is my lunch time for work because I work early. While inside they were serving only the drive thru. Some time passed and I’ve noticed I’ve been waiting 15 minutes asked how long would it be because I haven’t ordered yet. After being ignored 5 to 6 times I said it louder because maybe they didn’t hear me. The McDonald’s employee yelled at me and said I’m busy. At this point I felt disrespected and I gave her a few choice words. I told her I was gonna call her manager and she said go ahead like nothing was going to happen and she refused to give her name. She also threatened to call the police. I will never patronize this location again. Picture of the employee below

Absolutely terrible. I waited 15 minutes to just get cold food. The staff did not care about anything. No one apologized for the delay or anything. They most likely kick it off their screens once they see the order to make it seem like they are serving fast but in the end they forget about the order they kicked off. Such a terrible location. And no parking, yeah what’s the point of this location

Horrible experience, I had ordered in the app 10 min prior and they still made me wait 20 min. Not only did they make me wait, but they had cancelled my order as well. I’m not the type to write bad reviews anywhere, but this staff wasn’t it. Both girls on the counter gave me attitude and one of them cancelled it from my phone. I don’t understand why treat a customer like this. Crazy work.

Awful, nuggets where cold and hard. Took them back and I asked for fresh hot nuggets and I got warm hard nuggets. I was asked by the manager did I ask for fresh hot nuggets. Seriously whenever I buy food out I expect fresh hot food.
