We showed up before the main lunch rush with two other cars in the drive though. After ordering we received our drinks and were told to pull forward and wait for our food. After waiting ten minutes, we went inside to check on our order to find a woman coming outside with two bags in hand. She apologized for our wait, we said no problem and finally headed home with our two meals. When we got home we found that one of our orders had been made completely incorrectly despite the fact that the receipt on the bag was printed correctly. It was inedible and definitely not worth the price and wait time. We will not be returning to this location.

Fast food is supposed to be quick. Not 30 minutes to get your entire order where everything is cold. The meals show up inaccurate. The manage is unprofessional. There’s 2 sisters working there wearing their winter coats and ear muffs while working. They can’t understand how to get a small Diet Coke without it taking 6 minutes. They don’t prioritize the in restaurant guests when it’s empty inside and only care about the drive thru. The customer service is terrible. This McDonalds has gone down hill. Don’t trust this place

Waited 40 min in curbside pickup , arrived first and didn’t even get my food , 3 other cars got theirs and my drink was given to the wrong car?! On top of that I’m a type 1 diabetic so I gave insulin ahead of time for my meal and my blood sugar dropped a ton, this is unacceptable.

It seems like this restaurant has been renovated recently, and it was pleasant to stay there to eat. The service was quick as usual, but the burgers stacked neatly without pickles scattered all over the box or condiments spilling over the sides. Despite eating in a fast-food chain restaurant, I value the presentation of the meal over how quickly it’s made. When it comes to McDonald’s, “Double quarter pounder with cheese” is my go-to choice. But, because it’s rather bulky, it reflects how careful the employees are with each order (taken into account that they don’t have a long line in the drive-through, and dine-in is not jam-packed either).
The place is clean and full of light, drinks refill works, and the bathroom is open.

This location consistently disappoints. Always takes a very long time and has only gotten my order correct a handful of times. No one that works there ever seems to care at all either and often looks at you blankly and says uh I don’t know.

Only ordered a medium fry and a Large Coke which both were perfect. The fries were fresh but not fresh out of the oil which was nice so my son could eat them right away. From ordering, to paying, to getting our order was less then 30 seconds so thank you!!

Terrible experience with the curly haired manager and the team. The girl who took my order on drive-through, get my order wrong. When I asked my second strawberry smoothie on the pick up window, the other lady told me to go drive through again and order it, crazy . So, I refused to go again and asked them to charge here and give my remaining order, which is just a cup of smoothie. So, the lady on the pick up window said, she is going to call the police, if I don’t move . Then the manager come and called the police, and told me to move because police is on the way. Why do I need to move? I said “I need to stay on the crime scene if the police is coming” . But after a minute he asked “please, can you wait on the other side? Hmm, I said “Okay, I like the word PLEASE” and I moved to the other side. 5 minutes later, he brought my card, locked their store’s door and shut the window saying, you don’t get anything, now go! How crazy .

SCAM Beware if you order delivery. I’ve ordered from here three times now. Twice they only included 3 tenders instead of the 4 I paid for, and this time they didn’t include any tenders at all. This keeps happening and its only at this location 3232 Route 59, Naperville

Ordered takeout. Not sure how you can mess up nuggets, fries, and burgers but everything tasted off. Fries were soft and soggy, chicken was dry and stale, and the burgers were just as bad. Wouldn’t recommend this location for McDonald’s. Yikes!
