Customer service needs some help. Dealt with an African American woman this morning who appears to maybe be the manager. I had placed an order in the app, and I noticed that the last minute after I went to pay, I had inadvertently sent my order to a different location. I was able to cancel the order in the app however I used a promotion for a $.99 coffee and because I had used the promotion in the app, I could no longer use the promotion when I went into the actual restaurant. I explained to the woman behind the counter very politely what happened, and that unfortunately the promotion was gone and she told me she’s not allowed to honor that promotion. She could not honor my $.99 coffee however she did say that she would honor it even though she wasn’t supposed to with a whole heaping of attitude. I asked her if she didn’t believe me and I had no problem showing her in the app that I had placed the order and it was canceled, but she didn’t wanna hear all that, I was inconveniencing her morning. I will say this she was willing to honor the $.99 coffee but what I didn’t appreciate was the attitude, when I called her out for her attitude, she proceeded to walk away and ignore me when I asked her why she didn’t want to just talk to me about what was going on. I also wanted to place an order for a value meal. But she was clearly done talking to me. I really don’t understand what is happening in this world. Customer service is truly an afterthought, people are angry, don’t even wanna have conversations anymore. I appreciate that you gave me the free coffee, but man, the attitude was not needed. I don’t really feel like I need to come back to this McDonald’s. I’m also aware that this owner has multiple McDonald’s in the area and I will be sure to choose one that is managed by a different owner if this is the kind of customer service they feel is acceptable from their employees. Do better!

The bun for my quarter pounder was so dry that it was crumbling apart. Our nuggets were fresh our fries were fresh. They no longer have a drink station out in the lobby so you have to wait for them to get your drinks as well.

The morning drive thru lady is very rude. I ask for condiments she stated there’s already some in there and close the window in my face while I was talking. The guy that we’re working with her came to the window I asked him for extra he gave it to me but i can hear her tell him that she put some in there with an attitude.. she has to work on her people skills and learn how to speak to customers. I won’t be going back there any time soon!

I’m adding to my old review today is November 2, 2024 6:45am. I just left the drive order sausage biscuit with hash brown. My food is not cooked thoroughly. When I got to work I bit into my food and it was cold. Especially the hash brown. I called up there and told them the lady who I talked to snuggle as if I was lying about a 1.00 hash brown saying it’s not frozen well no it’s not because if it was I would’ve caught that and not been able to bite into it. And I told her as I was still on the phone that i spit it out and was taking a picture of it because she didn’t believe me. Something needs to be done about this location. This is the only location I have problems with when I go there..

Horrible messed up both my breakfast sandwiches. Ordered steak egg and cheese bagel they gave me a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Also ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit recied a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin. They have lost my business. Screw that place

I have lived near this location for over 4 yrs and it is by far the worst. The drive-thru is essentially pointless as I have to go inside to get the rest of my order almost every time. They also frequently give us the wrong drinks and give us almost no sauce if any at all. I’ve been to other locations with the same owners and don’t experience this. I know it’s McDonalds and mistakes happen. But this location is just awful. I go there to feed my kids on busy days and it turns what should be convenience into a headache. Today we were missing a fry and the only drink we ordered was, of course, incorrect. I tried calling when got home and no one picked up. I won’t be going back to this location again. I’m fed up.

Made a huge order for a kids birthday party. Called in my order late morning for a late afternoon order. Talked to the manager and let her know what time I would be there to pick up the food. It was ready on time and everything was fresh. Great staff that can step up to a challenge.

They forgot our cheeseburger, and barely filled my large fry and the box was crushed. Might as well have gotten a medium like my wife. When I went inside to get my order fixed it I waited even longer than i did in the drive through. Food was cold before i even got to eat it. Manager at counter was friendly but i have no idea what the workers are doing back there, you think they would prioritize an order that they messed up but no. I just got out back in the queue. Definitely will be going to the one in Owego from now on.
