I went on Friday 4/28/2023. This location has improved significantly since my last visit. I ordered two frozen cokes, two double cheeseburgers, and a large order of fries. The frozen cokes were the correct consistency and not runny. I’m not lying, those cheeseburgers were genuinely the best I’ve had from McDonald’s in a long time. They were hot, fresh, and had a generous amount of toppings. Surprisingly, they weren’t smashed almost flat, as other McDonalds adopted as their standard. The fries were hot and crispy, as advertised. The staff was friendly, and my order was out quickly. I will be going back.

Didn’t have my mobile order ready after it being placed for 10 minutes. Then asked what it was I showed the screen and verbally confirmed in store what the order was. The person says okay let me get that for you makes me wait another 5 minutes then comes back with the completely wrong order causing me to just ask for a refund as I am now going to be late for work and don’t have my breakfast.

I got my dinner and they gave me the wrong order. So I went to go get the right order and started eating my food finding blonde hair over a foot long going into my mouth. This is disgusting and unsanitary and unacceptable.

They managed to mess up my online order by giving me the wrong sandwich (ordered a beef sandwich and received a chicken) then the sandwich we did get was uncooked and raw. They can’t read an order on a computer screen & they obviously don’t know how to cook a burger.
