I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years and it’s always been great but this time I decided to try the Arch burger to see what the hype was about. I don’t blame the employees at all but the burger wasn’t as great as it was made out to be, I would most definitely have a Big Mac. Maybe it’s just me but it wasn’t my cup of tea. If you want to spend $13+ on something new just know that you’ve been warned and that you might not like it like I didn’t.

Been here so many times I’ve lost count but what I haven’t lost count of it the amount of times I have ordered the exact same thing and yet this was the 6th time in a row I have not gotten condiments on the side. You can say it’s my fault for not checking the bag before I leave but I should not have to especially 6 times in a row.

This the worst McDonald’s in the area. They rarely get the order right. Most of the time they ask you to either pull forward to wait or park in a spot. Several times they have completely forgotten about us as we waited in a spot for our food to be brought out.

They mess up orders to go a lot, and wait at window 3 for cold order. They dont answer the phone. The line needs to pay more attention. UPDATE: The server Josh, was so excellent, as he took care of the floor, made me take it from 2 stars to 4. He gave my faith back in this McDonalds. And they got all 4 orders right today!

I used to think all McDonald’s were the same, but there is something weird about this one. I’ve had multiple experiences where the fries don’t seem to be cooked all the way, like there’s chunks of raw potato inside. The chicken nuggets are dry, like they’ve been sitting under a warmer too long. I added a picture to try to show the detail, but trust me it looks worse in real life.
