Let me start by saying that this is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life while supporting McDonald’s.
First, they want you to place your order 100% on a kiosk, with no customer service or interaction with staff whatsoever.
This McDonald’s is a perfect example of how not to run a business if you want to be successful.
This restaurant needs a complete overhaul, starting with the unprofessional management.
They serve cold burgers, food items with missing ingredients, and oily fries.
If you bring it up to the management’s attention, they start mocking and they try to belittle you for trying to get what you paid for.
If you want good service, hot food, and a respectful staff that cares about their customers, do not come to this McDonald’s or you will regret it.

My family places our first order from this location for my daughter. My order was taking longer then expected, but I was informed that the kitchen put cheese on my daughter’s hamburger twice and The lady JJ working the drive through made sure she there was no cheese in my daughters burger when all the surrounding locations have faild us countless times. JJ pays attention to detail. As a valued customer that’s sets the tone for my family to be late night regulars. Give that girl a raise

I ordered my usual breakfast and when I got to the window to pick up, I asked if I could get a cup with hot water. Lady looked at me like I was crazy and said it was a $1. $1 for a cup of hot water? Thats crazy and she didnt even ring it up or give me a receipt. I can’t help but think if she kept it for her self or actually put in the register. Seems shady to me! Don’t come here.

This is the 3rd time that we have been to this location and each time something in our order has been wrong. This last time we got a bag with our receipt on it but everything that was loaded into the bag was not our order at all. We hope these are just new store mistakes that can be figured out.
