I would like to receive the items I have ordered. My last 2 orders you have given me other people’s food. Staff are polite, but maybe rushed to fill bags and not match order numbers. Also mine were counter or curbside, but the labels of other people’s food show drive through.

Please instruct your leadership about the difference in procedures between DoorDash and uber. The manager wouldn’t give me the Uber Eats I was assigned without a “code” that is non-existent. I showed her my phone to confirm the name and she said “she didn’t have her glasses on” I read the name to her twice as that’s all is required for the pickup.

This cost me time and money due to her ignorance and laziness. I left the order simply because I didn’t want to argue with her. The customers food is still sitting there as I have my coffee awaiting another order.

I want to thank the manager and employees of McDonald’s,
I didn’t get names but today I went to do curbside pickup and my Apple Pay was having an issue I was nervous going in and asking for help I didn’t want them thinking I was just lying about my payment going through and the order not showing on the McDonald’s app. The manager and employees were very helpful and patient and willing to help me with the Apple Pay. Thankfully after a bit my phone ended up loading and finally showed my order #. Thank you again for being kind friendly and helpful ✌

Had to stop for a quick dinner, service was OK and fairly quick. The disappointment came when I got to my next destination to eat. I paid for a deluxe chicken sandwich. I received a crispy piece of chicken on a bun with 2 pickles. Lesson learned.

08/12/23 here at 7:30 PM and the kid play area is disgusting. I understand that people before me left it like this but not one employee has came to clean it, wiped down a table or sweep it since I’ve been here. The teen employees are all just huddle at the register eating with their friends while on clock. The rest of the restaurant also has #’s left on them while all tabls dirty too. Clean the place and then hang out but if management doesn’t care either it seems cause they’re right there eating with the employees in front of customers.

I spent $31 on a meal, and while my child was eating her chicken sandwich, she pulled a long brown hair out of her mouth. I immediately told my kids to stop eating and drove 10 minutes back to the location to return everything (except my child’s nuggets) and expected a full replacement.

When I spoke to the manager, she didn’t apologize. Instead, she gave examples of how people try to get free food and said she had to answer to her boss…. rather than focusing on doing what’s right for the customer. I also noticed none of the staff were wearing hair nets, which is disgusting and unacceptable in any food establishment.

To make matters worse, I later checked their page and saw I’m not alone…. there are a bunch of bad reviews with similar complaints. This is a $214.22 billion company, and this is how families are treated?

Extremely disappointed and hoping someone in leadership finally takes accountability.

They never get my order right, and are rude if I catch it in time to ask about it. This last time, I ordered a single cheese burger with only ketchup and received something not even resembling that. I’m tired of them always messing up orders and having terrible customer service.
