Quick and efficient, if your near to this one pass by they will rarely get it wrong and if they ever do just go back around they will make it right the afternoon and night shift are both outstanding teams but I do want to especially acknowledge all the hard working ladies in the AM shift. They are the McVengers of the this spot lol (no disrespect with all due respect) God bless them tho and God bless whoever comes across this review aswell.

Whoever put the frappe together today ( 2/6/26 at 6:39 ) should be the one making all the time lol I always get them and they’re good but this one is the best Ive had so far, well blended, topped off well, decent amount of whip cream 10/10 just wanted it to be known lol nevertheless God bless

I made a curbside order and the app failed. It said to go through drive thru or pick up the order at the front desk. I went through drive thru and they couldn’t figure out how to give me my order that was sitting at the front. An employee asked to see my receipt and I showed it to her and she took my phone to the back to show other employees just for them to say I didn’t pay. I was told to cancel my order and reorder. App wouldn’t let me cancel the order and my money was already pending out of my account. I had to come around the drive thru a second time and finally got some food. It took almost 30 minutes to get my food when I had ordered it 10 minutes prior to arriving at the location because I was in a rush. On top of everything my order was wrong!

The parking lot had trash all over it, waited a while for my food and when I finally got it the bag of food broke open when i went to set it down on the passenger seat all over my car before my family could eat it. Ordered the Deluxe Spicy Chicken Sandwich and it was not good. Tasted off, chicken was not crispy but soggy, bun was soggy, whole sandwich was a mess when I opened the box, complete mess and waste of my time and money. Not going back.

Ordered 2 quarter pounders today. When I got home and went to bite into the burger I noticed it was cold in the middle. Did some research to see if this is how are the burger supposed to be. Guess it’s like 50/50 pink in supposed to be in the quarter pounder. But really sad I was really let down buy this. I mean this is a lot of pink in this burger

Disgusting. Reason why I don’t eat McDonalds. But my child who is sick really wanted their big breakfast and since I felt bad for him I got it. But what do I see when I cut it up to give him half of everything to taste. A damn worm… a parasite… alive. If I had not cut that food in half he would have ate it. God knows what could of happened. Never again. This food is bad, unhealthy, and rotten… but appears otherwise.

Front cashier was rude he yelled out to rush me on ordering when I already asked the manager for one second to ask my kids what they will order. The manager did not tell him how rude he was being. The manager told my 10 year old son he couldn’t play in the playground along w the other kids that are also 10. She made us leave for judging the kids by their size. I really hope the front cashier is talked to about his customer service skills, yelling out : YALL GONNA ORDER OR WHAT. To the kids and I That was not necessary when I was not standing in front of cashier counter obviously not ready to order while asking 4 kids what they will want to eat while being yelled at by the front cashier.

Doors always locked for the bathroom cause of the homeless in the area. Ordered a large caramel ice coffee with extra caramel and these guys put the whole jug of caramel in the drink. I mean the drink literally was dark brown. Undrinkable. Drive 5 minutes up the street to the McDonald’s on lake street.
