I recently dined at this restaurant with my family. The food was genuinely very good — well-prepared, flavorful.
Unfortunately, the overall experience was impacted by the atmosphere. During our visit, the owner was speaking loudly across the restaurant to other customers seated on the opposite end as if we were sitting a random restaurant in India . The manner and tone of the interaction felt unprofessional and, at times, somewhat uncomfortable. It gave the environment a less refined feel than we expected, and my family became uneasy because of it.
While the food quality is commendable, maintaining a professional and respectful dining atmosphere is equally important — especially for families. I hope the management considers creating a more comfortable and polished environment for all guests in the future.

The food is so so so good here. The real Hyderabadi food!! The taste is authentic and delicious. Nobert the manager was really welcoming and was around looking after every customer’s needs. The staff is friendly. Perfect fine dining experience. The tandoori chicken was perfectly cooked and so flavourful. The kadai mutton is great too,so was the butter chicken and the noodles were to die for!!!

I had a wonderful experience at Kabab King Grill in Naperville. After a long workday, I stopped by for dinner and was treated with such kindness and hospitality. It’s truly one of the most welcoming places I’ve visited. The Indian/Pakistani food is flavorful, fresh, and prepared with great care.
A special shoutout to Norbert and Alrich for their exceptional hospitality, they are attentive, polite, and make every customer feel comfortable and well taken care of. Their service, along with the warm atmosphere, really makes this restaurant stand out.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and genuine service.

It was okay…we ordered kabab, Chicken mandi & chicken dum biryani..first of all they don’t have any appetizers or main course section..whatever you will order they’ll get all together..apart from that they usually serve biryani in handi but for us they served it on a plate (don’t know why…i posted pictures )… so overvall disappointed with the service..now coming to the food…the kababs were good…the chicken dum biryani was really good ..very flavorful & spicy…..it was authentic dum biryani..we loved it..am not a big fan of chicken mandi but it was okay…

We tried the mutton karahi, BBQ Platter and Butter Chicken & mango lassi. The kababs and BBQ platter was nuked with cinnamon (dar cheeni) and was not enjoyable. The mutton karahi was a cross between qorma and some form of karahi wala salan- the goat or mutton they used was very tough to chew & hard. If you eat baby goat then this will be tough to finish. Only saving grace was butter chicken which was OK. They only had 04 tables occupied on a Sunday evening but were extremely low on staff – its a fairly big place. The server was taking orders on the phone, handing pick ups, taking phone orders & even saw him cook when looked through the kitchen door after we couldn’t find him for a long time. Its not staffed enough & hence very late service. The reviews look fake and this definitely is not a recommended place. Place was clean and kid friendly – no complaints on that.

Kabob King Grill is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. It may look like a small place from the outside but surprisingly it’s pretty roomy inside. We were greeted and seated right away. They were very busy both in the restaurant and with carryouts! They serve all halal meats and the they are very fresh!
We tried the Kabob King Platter which offered generous portions of tandoori & tikka chicken, malai boti, seekh kabob and Bihari kabob. All the halal meats were seasoned and cooked to perfection. The Bihari kabob was plated nicely with the string taken out. Which if you know Bihari kabobs this is a very nice touch that you don’t have to do at the table! The accompanying paratha’s were made fresh with flour and paired up perfectly with all the meats!
We then ordered the speciality King Kabob Kadai Chicken (served in a piping hot Karahi). That was delicious with the pieces of meat cooked nicely in a fresh made gravy and boiling hot to the table.
Both entrees were winners in our books for THE BEST karahi and kabobs in the SW suburbs!
Table Service was excellent and Norbert the manager was going around to all the tables to be sure everyone was enjoying their food.
Their menu has a variety of items including beef, fish, chicken, lamb and vegetarian dishes.
