Beware when you order French fries from this location. Ordered a large fry and when we got home it looked like the workers all took turns eating 1/3 of the large order. For $4 plus bucks they should be charged with theft.

Why would you give a customer burnt hash browns? People are on their way to work and do not have time for this foolishness.

I called and spoke to a manager ( Frances or Francine) @ 8:25 am and she apologized and said a refund would not be a problem.

When I got off work, I went for a refund and gave them the bag with the burnt hash browns. The two workers did not want to look at the hash browns.

These workers acted as if they did not want to give me a refund. They were on the phone calling someone to see if they could give me a refund. The worker that issued me the refund had a nasty attitude. Just give me my refund.

Everything started off fine. I have my code to the person taking orders in the drive through. Order was for 2 large fries. Came to 9 something. I pull up to the second window, she mumbles something, I know how much my order is so I give her 10 she gives me 1 dollar back and some coins. She hands me a bag says a different order than mine. I let her know oh this isn’t what I ordered, I ordered the fries. Has me hold for the manager to refund or something. Then she said I owed her 2 more dollars so I gave her the coins back and the 1 dollar bill she gave me and technically she now owed me change. She then got an attitude like I made the mistake. It was weird. I come to this McDonald’s 2-4 times a week never had a problem before. She need some training.

I had the worse experience ever with my breakfast, all of the food was tasteless and very dry…

The steak egg and cheese bagel had no seasoning at all!

The burritos were bad, the hot honey biscuits had barely anything on it, this location likes to cut corners to save time and in return gives terrible quality tasting food.

I’m usually getting off work when I stop by and that’s around 2:30 am its crazy because the guy that usually works the window knows who I am but he wasn’t here tonight. I waited in line gave them my code after seeing a car speed past. When I got to the window they asked my code I said I don’t remember! I’m like give me a second help me pull it up because I don’t see it anymore! She says I don’t work the app you have to move up we have a long line. I struggle under high stress situations and the woman in the back ground telling me. We didn’t hear you order! You can’t just pull up in line. I said maybe you gave it to the car in front of me. I said I spoke to someone in the intercom. they said we’re gonna call the cops! I already struggle with bad anxiety and now you’re threatening to call the cops on me because I’m struggling to pull up my order. I already paid my money, so of course I go back around! I showed them my receipt she apologized but it’s like I come here often! Everyone deals with stress differently. Threatening to call the cops and said it was a system error.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve ordered 2x within the last 2 weeks. They don’t give sauce for nuggets or straws. They don’t answer their phones and then put their phones off the hook. Don’t ever leave there without checking your bag or asking your delivery person

I placed my order at the self-service kiosk, paid, and got order number 813. No paper receipt printed because the kiosk was out of paper (which, by the way, happens almost every time, but until now it never caused an issue).

After waiting about 30 minutes—and watching people who ordered after me already get their food—I asked the staff about my order. Their response? They said there was no record of it in their system and demanded a receipt. I explained I couldn’t provide one since the kiosk was out of paper. I asked to speak with the manager, but instead of investigating, she just walked away. The ironic part is that my order number was still displayed on the monitor above.

I even showed proof of the payment in my mobile banking app, but they dismissed it, basically called me a liar, and claimed nothing appeared in their system. In the end, they refused to refund me.

So, dear McDonald’s, I lost $48, but you lost a customer – forever.

Easy on/off from the highway. Parking fills up, but they move people through quickly. There is an empty big parkikg lot next door that looks to be finctiioning as am unofficial overflow lot.

Why four stars? They never did me wrong. The manager is friendly and outgoing (his name is Dennis. He’ll remember what you order, and your name, if you tell him).The WiFi is on point. Multiple outlets through the place. The staff makes you feel at home no matter how long you’re there. And it’s got a fireplace. Not something you see every day. Not gonna say I’m lovin’ it, but it’s definitely a long way from hate!!!
