Hacienda Real Mexican Restaurant is a family owned and operated restaurant in Fulshear, Texas. With many decades of combined authentic Mexican cuisine experience and a passion for excellent customer service, three brothers and other members of the Nunez Family established their first location in November 2013 in Magnolia, TX. Back in the late 1970s, the Nunez brothers began acquiring experience at Mexican restaurants around Houston, from working as dishwashers to waitstaff to management to ownership. We welcome our guests as we do at our own home, with open arms and a smile. We treat them well so they can feel like it’s their second home.

I’ve visited several times, and every experience has been amazing! The staff always greets you with a smile, the service is excellent, and the food never disappoints. My favorites are the Keto Fajitas, Barbacoa Taco Salad, fresh chips, and their delicious salsa. Their Happy Hour margaritas are a must — so many flavors, perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and you can actually taste the tequila! This is definitely a restaurant I highly recommend visiting.

We’ve been coming to Hacienda every Wednesday to play cards for the last few years and so appreciate Arturo letting us come. Food and my margarita are always delicious and everyone is so kind and welcoming. Neemius (sp?) does a super job as our waiter by being so attentive and so friendly yet professional. Shout outs to Pablo, Carlos, and the hostess who always greets us at the door ( and gives us pens,,shhhhh)..,,I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name. Once again, many thanks for letting us come every Wednesday, you all are wonderful people!

This is our favorite local TexMex spot! The location is convenient and the atmosphere is always enjoyable. We love to sit on the recently updated patio. Always get really great service. Josue has attention to detail and takes good care of customers. Managers are always friendly and take care of regulars.

Went to brunch today at Hacienda and really enjoyed it. The portions were very reasonable along with the prices. Service was okay, with a noticeable language barrier among some staff. The tv by us played 4 year old ads but the interior was clean (besides the sticky menus).
I got ‘The Hangover’ which was a decent sized bowl or menudo along with 2 street tacos. In my opinion the menudo was good but the street tacos were underwhelming. I would order the menudo again but I would definitely think twice about the tacos. We also ordered the huevos rancheros with 2 additional eggs. The chorizo potatoes were flavorful and eggs/beans/fruit were cooked well and very fresh.

Went there during the “freeze” Sunday, the only open Mexican restaurant I could find. And thank God. Hands down the best margaritas and cheese enchiladas I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot. A lot a lot. I’m old and a Texan, after all. Great prices, loved the bar and atmosphere. My family’s new weekly go to. I may sneak in by myself just to enjoy an hibiscus margarita in peace.

I wish I took photos, food was bomb and that skinny margarita was fire I was so focused on consuming I did not consider taking a picture for a review however take my word for it, take other reviewers word for it when they say the best margaritas in town with some damn good fajitas
I don’t really buy alcoholic drinks in restaurants because I always end up at a place where they cheap out on the drink which leads me to feeling nothing but a sugar rush. My husband can drink to say the least and feel not much at all but at Hacienda-It only took one he got half way on his dirty martini and said I feel it, this is a good place I felt the same way because my drink felt like it was never ending the shaker was handed to me! I think it turned into about 3 drinks-all in one buy! You get your money’s worth for sure here and the portions are not small, for drinks and for food

The manager; Josque(hope I spelled his name correctly)not only welcomed us to TX, but gave us some queso on the house whoever the owner is of this establishment should consider themselves quite lucky to have him! He is a rare Pokémon! So many establishments don’t realize how much a little kindness can go a long way!
The other managers are just as attentive! The team running this joint are real MVP’s! I watched them non stop take part in cleaning like carrying trays of dirty dishes from big parties! I even saw Josque help his colleague by taking over and carrying the food tray because the weight was too heavy!
Most would watch you struggle(having worked in the food industry and all) but not Hacienda! They are helpful every step of the way! The experience was phenomenal and we will definitely be back again! We have already made plans to return once our friends come and visit us! It’s looking like our go to spot! Looking forward to trying their new Birria tacos and their Mexican martini

My family and I love visiting this restaurant. The food NEVER disappoints! My favorite are the Mole Enchiladas. I have tired this dish at many places, but nothing beats HR! My kids eat every grain of rice on their plate and my husband is all in for the flautas. We love it here and highly recommend this restaurant anytime anyone we know is looking for authentic Mexican Food.
