Had to come back and remind them of our order. In the meantime I saw at LEAST 3 other orders fulfilled that had placed their order after me, not including drive thru. Food was tepid at best. Used to be our go to spot after kids museum. Might just go next door for now on.

It used to be nice to go in and be able to refill your soda,
or get some ice to cool down your coffee.
They remodeled the place and took out the self serve soda fountains. So thats gone.
The people that work there are great and they do try their best it seems.
However, I dont see what the point is of having the customization
option at the kiosk. If you customize your burgers etc at this location, more often then not, even if the ticket clearly spells it out, you wont get what you ordered. If you order extra pickles, you get home and find you have zero pickles.
You order no mustard its there when you get home.
Its been this way for years. Its even happened to me in the drive thru also, as well as take out or dining in.
You customize and for some reason its ignored which after youve driven home opened it up, its a bit late to complain.
For that Reason I do not recommend this McDonalds.
Like all fast food its become too expensive and this location constantly messes up special orders.

You order it your way, its even noted on the ticket,
you get home, unwrap it and
what you ordered was ignored.
Not cool. And I dont want to have to constantly go back and complain. Ive complained before.

Have not been to a McDonald’s in years and sad to say they have REALLY gone downhill. The self ordering system is just annoying to have to use and takes much longer to order. The table was dirty and there was nobody around to clean it or even a napkin station to get napkins to do it ourselves. If you would like a refill you have to go to the counter and wait for someone to come out since nobody is around to take orders. The menu board is small and only shows the value meals so you cannot read the full menu without clicking in and out of the annoyingly slow kiosk to see what else was ordered. The new modern look took away from the functionality of the restraurant and will not be returning.

i was just at mcdonalds and i seen as a male manager passed right behind another employee very close to her touching her a bit with his own body as he passed by the fry station. She looked uncomfortable, and another young guy employee looked shocked when he seen the manager pass by just like that behind her. Check on your employees mcdonalds even if he didn’t mean it in that way.

Absolutely ridiculous location, Claimed a six piece nugget for free using my mobile app, and in the box was only four nuggets, this McDonald’s has always had problems, but I never thought it would get this bad. Don’t go here.

i am actually so upset with this mcdonald’s! this was my favorite mcdonald’s for a while because every other one always messes up my food. but this mcdonald’s went down hill recently and im so disappointed! i every time i come and get a cheese burger it looks like it was physically thrown together. it’s always a huge mess of sauce. i have came here the other day and ordered a dr pepper and revived a coke.. sometimes the people working here are clearly unhappy with the environment they are in. but today was one of the most upsetting experiences.. i ordered a cheese burger add mc sauce (witch they charge you for) and i received a bun, cheese and patty. it was completely plain. witch i didn’t ask for.. nor was my sauce on it. when i told them it was incorrect they claimed they were making me a new one.. over 10 minutes go by and my food still never came. when i went up to tell them i still haven’t gotten my food they seemed surprised.. im assuming it was a manager who seemed upset when she found out that i still haven’t received my food. they than quickly threw together my sandwich. witch showed. i understand that it is a fast food restaurant.. but for such a big company i would expect better. i am a regular customer at this mcdonald’s and since recently i would no longer suggest going here.

Alright, so its McDonald’s. It’s pretty standard. And it’s on the lower tier compared to other locations. It’s not the worst, but the food quality suffers a lot. Food seems to be old often. Not only that, but accuracy of the order. I mean, the burger has a ticket literally ON it that says no onions, and it’s a pile of onions.

My daughter turned 2 and I was hard pressed to find a place where she could have fun and just be a kid. I spoke with Ronda and she was so honest, available, helpful in getting the space prepared. All food was made to order as children arrived AWESOME NO COMPLIMENTS. My parents were happy. No problems at all! The party was so great the kids were jumping around and having a great time the WHOLE TIME! Ronda and ALL YOUR STAFF WERE SOOOOOO AWESOME! The cleaning crew were so nice. The host attendant was so pleasant and available she kept me on track which I so needed and appreciated. Trying to manage all the children and parents and music lol she saw me and just had the 10 happy meals ready to go and I so appreciated and needed the help. Please please please change nothing it was an amazing experience and my daughter enjoyed her party so much all of her guest said they really were surprised they could have so much fun at McDonald’s. Ronda has a great location in New Lenox we traveled from Joliet, Chicago, Highland Park, Olympia Fields, and Hyped Park so there were many options for locations I could not be happier that we found New Lenox McDonalds on Maple! Food and service were good. Very crowded time of day. The parking lot has a terrible design that requires you to park in the back of the building and walk through a very busy drive through line. Having a kid walking with me, I couldn’t help but notice how dangerous this might be. Nice McDonald’s, but after the food was brought to us, I had to go back up and ask for and then wait for napkins and ketchup. It’s modeled in the new style where they have nothing out in the main floor, kind of like a prison. I’m not a fan of these newly designed McDonald’s at all. Clean, but very cold and unfriendly eating are. The staff was great though, very hard workers.
