Something about my order is always wrong at this location. Fries are always cold, old, and nasty. When we call about it, they act like its no big deal. Someone needs to get their team together and in line here. Total disregard to what the slip says or the order screen. There isn’t any doubling checking going on here. I’d be ashamed if I was the shift manager or store manager at this location.

Just like every other McDonald’s now days. People behind the registers gey paid to point a kiosco. Might as well have robots working. The order dont get verified. Meaning if you ask for extra pickles or no cheese ypu better check yourself before you leave.

I’ve stopped here many times and never really had a bad interaction but last night I stopped after a late night to grab one of my 27,065 free ice cream cones I have from playing the monopoly game and I don’t know if the worker who made my cone had gotten cracked or was just in a good mood something but that was the largest ice cream cone I had ever gotten from McDonald’s and it made my entire night. I texted my mom and best friend about it. Keep up the good work

Staff very nice, prices over 100% over what i can get an hour away in just about any direction. Felt like I was stepping into a Connecticut rest stop. Didnt pay recommend others do the same.

I usually go to this McDonald’s on my lunch break and I really don’t have a issue with this McDonald’s till today I ordered a double quarter pounder meal and they had gave me a broken bread the bread fell part and I was very disappointed. I tried to call the restaurant to file a complaint someone would answer the phone and don’t say nothing than hang up the phone which is unprofessional. This was around 3am on 02/03/2026
