Every single time your drive-thru staff messes up.
Please pull up to the second window.
You have to come inside because you were supposed to pay at the first one though
Taking other people’s orders while I’m sitting there. Waiting for you to answer my drive-thru spot.
I’m done. There’s a reason why you’re one star reviews are creeping up.
Your whole staff is terrible. Except for one kid that was working inside.
Edit as a doordash driver. I come in there and the manager running the shift acts like I’m an inconvenience, she literally carries the food right by me and brings it over to a window and tells me like a child that that’s where the pickup is.
What the heck is wrong with this place? If I could give you guys zero Stars I would.
McDonald’s go ahead and send me the request to contact corporate because you all need to close this location. The owner operator doesn’t deserve a penny of your share.
Avoid this place like the plague. I hope one day I come by and see it closed.
The manager then approached me again to tell me I was on camera and the franchise owner was watching. I said that it is ok, could the owner please come talk to me because I did not understand what the problem was.
I was approached for a third time by the racist- disrespectful- discriminatory manager to once again tell me I was being watched by the franchise owner and she now was threatening to call the police. She pointed to the 30 minute limit sign. (at that point i was probably there for 31 minutes, this included the time I waited to get my order). I once again asked to speak to the franchise owner because I’d like to know what the problem was and I was OK with her calling the police to address this non-issue. The person I was with placed an order to allow us a few more minutes.
The manager came out for the fourth time, she was/is still racist- disrespectful- discriminatory, to reiterate I was on camera, the franchise owner was watching and she was going to call the police. I, again, said I was OK with the police coming and would like to speak to the franchise owner to get clarification on what the problem was. At this point I realized I could not subject the person I was meeting with to police interaction, so we left and had to continue our practice interview out in the cold.
I called the corporate office to make them aware of this manager’s racist- disrespectful- discriminatory attitude and that is a representation of the entire company. I also requested to hear from the franchise owner, that has not happened as of now, a month later. I would like to know what other franchises/businesses this owner has. I certainly DO NOT want to support any racist- disrespectful- discriminatory businesses.
Also this place is FILTHY.
On a different note the cashier was an awesomely kind human being, the manager should take a lesson from her co-worker to learn how to behave appropriately in the work environment.
I’m editing this to add that my fries are a bit underdone. Could have definitely used a bit more cooking time.
Absolutely nasty food. Won’t go there again.
